Are you a creature of habit? This weeks challenge - to change it up abit.
By nature we tend to be creatures of habit. Get up at the same time, go the same way to work, have the same thing for breakfast, stand in the same place in your gym class. Well we're going to challenge you to change it up abit this week. Let's add abit of change into our lives and see what happens. Here are some thought starters. We challenge you to try at least one of these this week. What will it be?

Try or buy a new lipstick in a colour or brand or finish you've not used before.
A study done by Maybelline last year showed that most of us have only two lipsticks that we primarily use. Case in point, when the Queen of BR runs out of her favourite MAC Twig, she replaces it with (gasp) another MAC Twig.
We challenge you this week to try or buy a lippy that is polarising from what you normally wear! If you're a matte girl how about a supershine? If you're a red girl how about rocking a nude lip? And if you're a more natural girl what about a fabulously bold lippy?
Start the day in a different way.
Always have the same breakfast? Or always have NO breakfast? Try changing out your breakfast each morning and see if it gives you a better start. Our favourite breakfast at the moment? A banana/mango smoothie.
Take one banana, some frozen mango, two scoops of vanilla protein powder and some trim milk. Blend together and just wait for the power explosion!
Share a little kindness.
Go on, compliment 5 people this week on what they're wearing or how good they look - see how good it makes you (and them feel).
Just say NO! (and don't feel guilty).
Always doing to much? Feeling overwhelmed, taken for granted and just plain cranky? Go on, try saying NO this week (nicely of course). Don't want to go out on Saturday night, feel like sitting on the couch with a wine and the TV...nothing wrong with it. An aquantaince that you don't really want to spend time with asks you to do something... ? If you'd really rather not, make your excuses and don't go.
Also, try saying YES for a change?
Been asked to do something you wouldn't normally do? See a band, play, concert that wouldn't normally be your cup of tea? What the hell, just go for it, it'll be a few hours out of your life and at least you can say you've done it then. And who knows? Maybe you'll actually discover something new that you love.
Style your hair in a different way this week.
Go on we DARE you! Even you short haired people can try something new. And you ladies that have gorgeous long hair that day after day gets scraped back into a "off the face" pony, well we're talkin' to you here too. Send us your pics of this one and if we like them ..25 points coming your way.
Add 5 new products to your BR WANT list!
How about making them Brands you've never used before? If you don't know how to add products on BR to your "want list" it's easy.
- Find a product you like and click into it
- Go to the left hand panel and hover over where it says "Add to my Beauty Bookmarks"
- Click on add to "products I want"
- Go to my Beauty Space and you'll see them sitting there
Do one thing this week that pushes you out of your comfort zone!
Feeling agrieved at work, and not saying anything but just come home and bitch to your significant other? Want to appy for a job but scared you'll get knocked back? Want to suggest something to your partner but you don't for fear of rejection? Never arrive early because you never want to be the first one there? Need to confront a friend about their behaviour?
Yada, yada...we've all got our crosses to bear...how about this week, we ALL do one thing that maybe we've been putting off or that pushes us out of our comfort zone...what will be yours?

That's right, sort it out and get organised
- Clean out your wardrobe and get bin or take to a charity shop off anything you haven't worn for a year! Trust us you won't miss it
- Clean out your make up - your brushes, bin anythng that doesn't suit you, or regift it
- Sort stuff into some level of organisation - and remember less is generally more
- Even go through your pantry and chuck out old foodstuffs way past their expiry date
It will be like a weight has lifted from your mind...
