What is your background? How long have you been in the Beauty Industry?
We are relatively new to this side of the the beauty industry. Leisha has worked for cosmetic giants Christian Dior and Estee Lauder.
However we have been tinkering in improving beauty products since high school.
When did your brand come onto the market? And what was the inspiration behind it?
No Show Ponies officially launched in September 2013.
We were inspired to produce our Combat Scrub by the busy career driven woman, stay at home mums and all woman who want a little help but don’t know where to start or cant afford the more expensive creams and lotions.
What is the philosophy behind your brand? What does it stand for?
To put it simply our brand is about making woman feel better in there own skin, giving them the confidence to wear what they like, to feel great about themselves, in some ways changing their lives, helping them get the body they have always wanted.
Because we understand the frustration of many woman in regards to cellulite and stretchmarks, we wanted a product that would help with the acceleration of skin cell renewal, tighten and hydrate all at the same it.
We are extremely passionate about helping woman empower themselves and feel our product is a fantastic way to start.

To many people, you would have their dream job, what is the best thing about launching your own beauty brand?
Creative control and being able to produce a product that will have a positive effect on peoples lives.
Something as simple as using our Combat Scrub can empower people in different ways, for some it helps boost confidence levels, others motivation to achieve their desired body, or just to be able to wear their favourite cut off jeans again.
Is the beauty industry as glamorous as it seems? Ever met anyone famous in your travels?
At face value it is glamorous…. However there is a lot of hard work and long hours that goes on behind the scenes.
Any famous? Hmm Elijah Wood, does he count?
Why do people buy your brand?
Its effective, affordable, natural and easy to purchase online.
We are constantly receiving positive feedback on the results, so word of mouth works wonders.
