Get ready to toss out your serums, moisturisers and pimple creams – because makeup is doing double-time as a secret agent of skincare!

Perfect for when you’re on the run, when you need to give your skin some extra loving care, or when you’re time poor – these beauty products work twice as hard to make you look great.

Want lush lashes that last longer? Pick up Almay’s One Coat Get Up and Grow mascara. Not only does it promise to lengthen lashes, it’s pro-vitamin anti-breakage formula and unique soft-touch brush work together to prevent breakage and strengthen lashes.

Are pimples popping up? Wage a war on them with Smashbox’s Photo Finish More Than Primer Blemish Control. Containing 2% salicylic acid, which is known for its anti-irritant exfoliating properties, this fantastic product from Smashbox will perfectly prime your skin whilst battling the blemishes.

Looking for more even, smoother skin? Check out Maybelline’s new Superstay Better Skin foundation. It’s vitamin enriched with ACTYL-C formula is said to improve skin’s appearance after three weeks, leaving it looking fresher and healthier.

After for a lippy that’ll go the extra mile? Try AVON’s Ultra Color Absolute Lipstick. It not only features a blend of moisturising and conditioning ingredients, but it also has SPF 15 to help protect your kissers from the sun’s harmful rays.

Even blush can be good for your skin. Nvey Eco Powder Blush is formulated with corn silk, jojoba oil, and chamomile. Enriched with Vitamins A, C and E, it helps to prevent skin from harmful free radicals.

We all know makeup is great fun to play with, but who knew it could be so good for your skin as well!?

The Smashbox primer sounds too good to be true, off to do some more homework on that one. I am still looking for a holy grail primer for blemish prone skin... this might be it?

I have that foundation, sadly I think its too dark for me so I haven't used it again. I got told off by the lady at the Estee Lauder counter for wearing a foundation that wasn't my match hahaha. It was a nice foundation too haha

All of the above products sound great, I have none of the above products in my collection but am now going to hunt them down!!!

I've recently fallen in love with BB Cream all over again :).

Oh this sounds good makeup that helps with enhancING ones natural beauty but also helps with ones skin being total self care products. As KirstyJ said two in one.... How about that.... It'd be good if the brands would go this way with their makeup

I love the sound of smash box blemish control. I see that going on my list of acne trial products. I have terrible acne!!

Love this concept- I have a few multitasking makeup products but I still use my skincare range as well.

I don't own any but I'd like to, they sound like a very good idea! I will be looking into this further :)

I love products that perform in more than one way. My foundation includes SPF and great idea for lippy to also have SPF included. I want to try some of these other products soon.

I own a couple and always try to get the make up that is better for my skin if I can.

I have seen people loving the better skin foundation, as for the other items I havent heard of them yet, I am really interested in the Smashbox primer, even though I only break out before the time of the month, I would love to try it.

YES! I'm a skincare junkie and I just spent $105 (thank God for the Farmer's giftcards I had) on Bobbi Brown's serum foundation. It has spf, extract to improve your skin added and it photographs well, but what I loved is it didn't emphasize the fine lines I have unlike some of the other foundations I had. Plus the lighting it was applied in at the store was harsh and horrible then I left and looked good every where else. Yep if something is going to benefit my skin it's crazy how much I'm willing to spend on it, if it will last me a long time.

Smashbox primer sounds awesome, may have to hunt some down. I'm always breaking out and I don't actually own a primer, I think it's about time I bought some to stop my foundation sinking into my giant sinkhole pores >.>

I found this when I visited my local Farmers to get some new foundation and found that my foundation doubles as highlighter in that it illuminates your face and makes it glow as well as cover. BONUS!! I love things that double up like BB creams with sun protection or like the products above have more than one purpose.

The mascara, primer and foundation look like products I HAVE to try! As a busy lady, I'm always up for a bit of multi-tasking and I'd be more impressed if my beloved beauty products could do it too!
