Do You Have Dry Hair in Need of Nourishment?

My hair is virgin hair.  I've grown out my colour, I have no bleach through my ends, I am au naturale.  But do I have smooth, manageable, healthy looking hair?  No.  No I do not.  Because my natural hair type is not one that screams shine.  Moisture.  Soft.

If you haven't read Do You Really Know Your Hair Type? here's the lowdown on my hair type - dry.

You have dry hair if your hair and scalp show no signs of oil after 3-4 days of not being washed.  Dry hair is usually lacklustre and incredibly brittle, it will split and break easily.  Dry hair will feel rough and is likely to be frizzy too.  The ideal products for dry hair will work to deliver moisture to the inner cortex of the hair, whilst ensuring the cuticle remains lubricated and laying flat.

The new Botanicals Fresh Care range by L'Oréal Paris consists of different systems to work for different hair types.  It's a luxurious hair care range infused with botanical ingredients and fresh aromas, created with passion and expertise.  All of the Botanicals products are free from silicones, parabens and colourants.  The packaging is 100% recyclable too!

The Botanicals Safflower Rich Infusion products promise to soften dry hair using nourishing fatty acids - our reviewers on this Trial Team will each receive three products to use and report back on.  All of these products have an incredible sophisticated scent with oriental accents. As well as the safflower, there are base notes of amber, vanilla and cashmere wood.

The Safflower Rich Infusion shampoo leaves your hair feeling nourished, replenished, easy to detangle and ready to condition.  The coordinating conditioner is, if you can believe it - like a rich hair oil and conditioner in one. It nourishes lengths and ends without leaving an oily feel.

To finish the trio we have the fabulous Safflower Rich Infusion Softening Ointment that softens lengths and tips and tames your hair without weighing it down.  You can use it on wet hair for a super-nourishing effect, or at any time through the day to leave your hair soft and manageable.

Sounds like a pretty impressive trio right?  Do you have dry hair and are you keen to find out if these beautiful product are the answer to your dry hair woes?

Oh this sounds amazing for my extremely dry damaged hair. I'll sit this one out though. I have many far too many hair products to get through.

OMG those products sound amazing. I have very dry hair and it's very fragile after my illness caused most of it to break/ fall out. Although it has mostly grown back now, it still falls out easily under slight pressure and is white and dry.

Oh Maree, I hope you get a chance to try this range. I have the Coriander strength cure (the green one) one in this range and I cant speak highly enough about it. It smells totally amazing and my hair is so soft and shiny, the best range I have used.
