For years I relied on my foundation to tackle my dark circles. But being a working mother of three the fact of the matter is, foundation alone will not brighten and highlight the bags beneath my eyes!
Concealer is a must if you want to neautralise dark circles. It's also amazing at covering up age spots and blemishes.
Depending on where you plan to use concealer will factor in to your choice of shade. If you're primarily going to use concealer for your undereye area go for a shade lighter than your foundation. If you're going to use if mostly for covering blemishes, try to match it to your foundation closely!

Concealer is something I always use. I've been on the hunt for a good one that doesn't crease or transfer, that's usually what happens. And I've tried MANY! I'd love to try this one to see if it lives up to its claims!
