This week it's time to come clean with Beauty Review.  But don't worry, we're not asking you to confess your deepest, darkest secrets - we want to know about your cleansing habits!

It's our mission this week to convince every member that cleansers are a vital part of your skincare routine and we're encouraging you to find the perfect cleanser for your skin and lifestyle.  And of course, for some of you, you'll get to test a cleanser by joining one of our fantastic trial teams.

There are two main types of cleanser - foaming and non-foaming.  Foaming cleansers are lathered up with water, much like soap; but unlike soap they are specially formulated to be used on the face. Non-foaming cleansers are applied to dry or mildly damp skin and are removed without water, using a tissue, cotton pad or dry face cloth.

Today we're focusing on foaming cleansers.  They are great for girls on the go as they can be used in the shower, so you're not faffing around or wasting valuable minutes when getting ready in a hurry.  Foaming cleansers also tend to last longer and be more cost-efficient as you only need a small amount of product to lather up.

We're looking for a trial team who will be putting Moisture Mist Gentle Cleansing Foam to the test!  This rich yet gentle creamy cleansing foam will rinse away impurities and light makeup.  It leaves your skin fresh and dewy and is suitable for all skin types!

So if this sounds like a trial team you'd like to join, why not tell us if you use a foaming cleanser?  Why do you prefer them to non-foaming cleansers?  Is your cleanser a liquid, gel or cream?  Have you ever tried a cleansing foam?  Get chatting below!

yes I do use them but not everyday just in the weekend when I need a bit of pampering,,, I find them quite refreshing.

I prefer foaming cleansers, my skin doesn't feel clean without the foaming action!

I also find foaming cleansers typically to be quite drying, but I'm always keen to try something new.

I prefer foaming cleansers to cream cleansers - more drying than cream cleansers, but nothing beats the super clean feeling it gives especially in the mornings.

Would love to try this new product,

I used to use a foaming cleanser until my beautician told me that woman older 25 shouldn't because it's too drying. So use a cream cleanser instead.

My current cleanser is sort of in between a gel and a foaming cleanser, it foams a little bit but not a whole lot. I can't say I have used a real foaming cleanser before, but would certainly like to try one

I use foaming cleaners so that I can wash my face in the shower. It's just a lot faster and easier in my opinion. I like to feel as though my skin is being cleaned properly though so often I go for exfoliating scrubs, etc. so I can feel the work being done. I would be interested in seeing how this one compares. It seems less harsh on my skin, which is always something I would interested in and I need to also be careful about drying my skin out with the wrong cleansers.

I use a creamy cleaner that you add water to, its ok, always looking for something better. I have used Neutrogena foaming cleaner in the past but got the creamy one as I have drier skin now (old age!). Moisture Mist (Shiseido) may not be as drying as the foamy ones I've used previously. I'll watch with interest :)

I have a a foaming cleanser that i use at the moment. I love the way it feels after I have used it. It feels like I have given my face a really good clean.

28th July, 2014

I have used them before in the past but havent had many great experiences, would be good to try something that doesnt make me react by breaking out

Definitely love to try a foaming cleanser especially one which I can put on in the shower and rinse off. I'll only want to try this if it doesn't dry out my skin otherwise I'll pass it onto my daughter who has just become a teenager and may be more suited to.

To be honest, I've never given much thought to a cleanser. I have oily/normal skin so after reading the comments, maybe a foaming cleanser could be good for my skin!
