For a long time I never primed my skin before applying makeup, and then Beauty Review taught me it was a crime not to prime, so I began to prime. I have used redness correcting primers, hydrating primers, primers that promised to spackle my crater like pores, primers that promised to do all of the above as well as take me out for dinner and buy me dessert. Some have been wonderful, others did the equivalent of taking me out to dinner and expecting me to pay for both meals. So which primers get the Beauty Review community's tick of approval? I just bought the Clarins balm and have to say I am sorry I didn't find it sooner. I love it! I use it daily and it has made such a difference to my make up!
