One of the staple spa treatments is soothing tired eyes - and it's one of the easiest ways to feel refreshed and rejuvenated in just a few minutes.

Who hasn't laid back with cool cucumber slices covering their tired eyes?  And it really does work to reduce puffiness and to awaken tired eyes.  The idea behind a cool compress is to tighten the blood vessels under the skin and reduce swelling.  Cucumbers have the added benefit of a high water content, so they're hydrating as well.

But what about those times when your eyes need something with a little more oomph than the humble cucumber?  Or let's say you're going away, do you really want to pack salad in your overnight bag too?  How can you soothe your tired peepers without raiding the salad drawer?

We're offering one trial team the chance to escape the busyness and demands of the day and recharge and renew with eyeSlices.

eyeSlices combine the natural essence of nature with bio-innovation to target puffiness, dark circles, tiredness, redness & wrinkles within minutes!

Using innovative technology called 'Cryogel' eyeSlices can be used anywhere, anytime - as a morning wake-up call or evening relaxation treat.  Your eyeSlices can be used up to 10 times in a 4 week period.

So if this sounds like something you need in your life, tell us all about your eyes.  Do you regularly suffer from tired eyes?  Do dark circles, puffiness and wrinkles leave your eyes in need of a regular pampering treat?  How do you currently treat your tired eyes? Have you ever used a product, rather than the contents of your fridge to treat them?

HOW TO USE EYESLICES

eyeSlices® can be used anywhere, anytime - as a morning wake-up call or evening relaxation treat. Use once a day for best results. Cleanse and dry your skin. Remove the slices from all its packaging. Dab off excess moisture and place slices over closed eyes. Gently press the slices to fit into the eye contours and relax for 5 minutes while your eyeSlices® do all the work.
After use, place your slices back into the original container & clam shell and seal tightly for re-use. Wipe off excess on the skin with a moist cloth if necessary. Your eyeSlices® can be used up to 10 times in a 4 week period (for five minutes a use).

I was actually looking for an eye area treatment system similar to this today but couldn't find anything.

Was just wondering whereabouts you can buy this product from!

This sounds like a saviour!! Being a student, I'm forever staying up late to finish assignments and getting up early the next morning.... Safe to say that my eyes often look puffy and I get dark circles :( at the moment, in use an under eye refresher roll on by elf, and I find that this helps! I would definitely love to try this to banish my tired eyes for good!

Oh my gosh they look so awesome, I do do cucumber slices they are cooling. Be great if they worked on tired eyes that you want to rub hard but know you shouldn't.

I have used some creams/gels for the black rings under my eyes, but I think the black rings have taken up permanent residence. I get tired itchy eyes each night and sometimes when i rub them too much I end up with my eyes starting to close over from all the puffiness. I am not convinced I will find a product that will magic away the black circles.

This is something I really need! I have dark circles around my eyes, mostly due to lack of sleep, especially now it's coming close to the end of semester when all my assignments are due! To have a way to help it look more..... natural would be simply amazing so yes please!

They look great! I have used those roller ball style pens for puffy and dark under eyes. I have pretty dark purple skin around my eyes and the one I used didn't really seem to work so I just try not to look at them now hahahah.

These sound heavenly! With 4 kids and a fulltime job which pretty much entails staring at a computer screen all day, my eyes suffer. If I haven't had a decent night sleep I wake with puffy eyes and dark circles, and by the end of a long day there are even more wrinkles around my eyes. I've tried cucumber slices before which are gorgeous, and I have a great eye cream but while the cream works on the wrinkles, it does nothing to address the puffiness or dark circles. Would love to try these!

This looks amazing! Yes, I have very tired look eyes at the moment, puffy and baggy with dark circles. Need a holiday! It has never really occurred to me to do anything extra to help them out, I just plod along with my normal routine and hope they don't look as bad tomorrow!

26th August, 2014

I would absolutely love this! I get at the most 2-3 hours sleep a night, due to my PTSD, so this would be perfect for me!

Wrinkles forming? YES! Tired eyes? YES! = perfect trial-agent material ;-) and I've been sick for a week so I really need all the help I can get, to get back into looking my bestest.

Ooo these look like heaven. I've noticed in the last few months that my eyes seem to be getting puffier in the mornings, I think it's due to age, as your skin begins to looses that collagen, the fat cells (yes we've all got a few fat cells around the eyes) seems to bulge through a little more as there's less elastin in the skin keeping it held back. Another, reason can be a bit of water retention - so drink more water - we all know how much that helps everything from 'the water challenge' many of us did - water is great for flushing out those toxins too. More sleep and not using any product that's too heavy/greasy can be helpful too in stopping the puff. I did look into a few things that can help reduce puffiness - Slices of cucumber (still very much top of my list), tea bags - cold of course!, believe it or not milk soaked cotton pads or witch hazel soaked cotton pads can also be quite beneficial. Avon also do a pretty neat product called 'Wake Up Eye Roller' which is about the size of pen, has a little ball-bearing on the end that gently vibrates (when turned on) and distributes a cooling serum, when rolled under the eye area. The ball-bearing of course is cooling too. Again though - you could get the same effect from using a couple of spoons over the eyes.

I get puffiness and have wrinkles around many eyes. Tried a few creams to try and help with it and also the faithful cucumber. I'm over 40 now so think these eyes won't improve...

These would be lovely to try!

I work outside, and I find this time of the year the light is pretty glaring, even when wearing sunglasses so I even up with sore eyes from squinting. I've used good old tea bags, and cucumber... in the past I've even used hemorrhoid creamon my bags. Nowadays I draw the line at using bum cream on my face though!
