We're part of an exciting industry.  There's always a new fad, a new ingredient or a new technique to go crazy about.  But the latest trend definitely sounds a little hyperbolic.  Yes ladies, the world is going gaga for...water.

But we're not talking about tap water, or even bottled from the source H20.  We're not even talking about the gentle toners, Rose Water or Thermal Spring Water.  No, we're talking about Micellar Water.

Micellar Water isn't a rinsing agent - it's an actual cleanser that's renowned for gently removing makeup and impurities from the skin. But here's the really cool part; Micellar Water is soap and detergent free and doesn't need washing off.  You can simply sweep it across your face with a cotton pad.

So how does it work, you may be wondering?  Micellar Waters contain micelles which are molecules that attract and remove impurities from the skin.  And because it's free from fragrance, soap and what nots, it's great for sensitive skin.

We're incredibly excited to announce that 200 members will be putting the hotly anticipated Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water to the test.  This 3-in-1 cleanser removes makeup, cleanses and soothes the skin.  It's been the buzz of many an international blogger and vlogger, and it finally hits our shelves in March.

If you'd like to put your hand up for a spot on this trial team and test Garnier's Micellar Cleansing Water before it's official release in New Zealand; chat to us below about your experiences with micellar.  Have you tried it before?  Or have you never even heard of it?  Why do you think your skin will benefit from trialing this product?

Get chatting below - you might find yourself telling New Zealand if this product is worthy of the hype!

This looks like a great product. I've never heard of it before so would be very keen to put it to the test. Love that it's soap free and a 3-in-1 product. Sounds awesome, no wonder it's so popular.

Very interesting sounding product, would love to try it out. Am finding that my skin is getting really dry using my normal cleanser twice a day but I'm also finding it's leaving bb cream on my face :(

Would love to try ! Struggle with dry skin at the moment.

I have been trying so hard to get my hands on this bad boy! Everytime I try to buy it online its sold out or has crazy shipping prices! I ended up trying one from another brand which I was pretty impressed with, but would LOVE to try this one as its much bigger and I have heard SO many AMAZING things about it and its supposed to be gentle on the eye, which the one I tried wasnt. So I'll put both hands and feet up to try this! I have combination skin so I think this will work out perfect for me :) !

I haven't tried it but I have heard about cleansing waters and I must say if they do what they say they do that would be amazing!!! I would love to try one out I think my dry skin that has been suffering from acne would love this stuff :) definitely keen to hear more about it and what people think :)

Tried it, reviewed it, completely in love with it. Is it sad that when I got a place on a conference to Melbourne one of my first thoughts was YAY I can replace my micellar water!! ?

I have the Garnier one, it's amazing. So soft and fresh and cleansing without stripping. My skin already looks and feels a million times better and pretty much all I use is micellar water and rosehip oil now, with the odd face mask and sunblock.

I wouldn't dream of putting my hand up when I've been lucky enough to try this already - and have a 400ml bottle in my makeup cupboard, but yay BR having this soon to be CULT product coming to trial!

So excited about this finally landing in nz! Been wanting to try this out and see what the hype is all about. Im a busy mumma of 3 littlies and im a bit lazy when it comes to the removing of my makeup at the end of the day. So this sounds like a really easy step I can add into my evening and not feel guilty about going to bed with my makeup on!! Xx

This is something of a strange concept, so I am eager to learn more. I know some ladies are swearing by Micellar Water, and how great it is for sensitive skin... I want to know will it be good for blemish sufferers? and mature skin? (ok I am not that old but I know what is around the corner), also how clean does it actually leave the skin (hard to remove make up etc)? and what does it feel like on the skin afterwards (doesn't need rinsing off... Wait, what?!)

I've only just gotten wind of the micellar fad recently, and I must admit I'm equal measures excited/suspicious. Is it really amazing? Or is it gussied up water? A case of the emperor's new clothes. If it works I'll be getting some as my current cleanser is U SA LISS. I use my pimple killer pad afterwards and there's still foundation on it. Bah. That's how useless it is, it isn't even worthy of me spelling the word correctly, but I'm too cheap to ditch it until it's totally empty as it doubles as an exfoliant too.

I've tried a sample of it but I don't see what the big whoop is. Maybe I had a dud sample, I don't know. Just felt like water to me, water that didnt remove anything!

I keep reading about this, and I have to admit I'm super excited. I saw the l'Oreal Micellar Water when I was in the pharmacy yesterday and I almost got that, even though I've heard it's not as good (I'm just dying to try Micellar water to see if it's as good as everything I've heard!) :)

Sara bought some in Oz and raves about it but I'm not allowed to try it as it is hers. Typical daughter, whats hers is hers and whats mine is hers as well. Get used to the concept early Kelly or else you'll get really annoyed with the Dais'meister.

It's really amazing. I bought some in Aussie (so cheap) and wish to god I'd bought a years supply haha. Luckily I have two more trips over the ditch this year because this stuff is amazing. It's sorted my skin out already :)

I'm 34 and since i've been using it my blemishes have almost completely stopped occurring. It takes off my eye makeup really easily but if i'm wearing proper foundation (esp if it's primed) it does need a couple of swipes to get deep enough.
