Are you looking to switch to natural haircare?

Our hair is a funny thing.  It's essentially dead from the root down, but that doesn't mean we don't need to pay it some TLC.  And we're not just talking about slapping on a deep conditioner every week or so - every time we wash or style our hair we should be using the very best products we can, for our mane and our skin.

YES, our skin!  Think about it - whenever we shampoo our hair we are shampooing our scalp.  Whenever we apply conditioner, our skin will be exposed to it.  The suds and washed out product stream down our face and body.  And we all know how absorbant our skin is right?

I once developed really dry skin on my shoulders, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what was causing it.  (I only found out about it when The Mummy thought I had dandruff and conducted a Mummy-investigation.)  I tried creams aimed at ezcema, moisturisers, barrier creams, scrubs, but nothing would solve the dry, flakey patch.  Until I changed to a different brand of shampoo and conditioner.  True story.

Skin naturally absorbs what we put on our hair. If the shampoo and other hair products are not developed to work with your skin then they strip the body oils. The Eithne Curran range is based on 'good ethical science', that has used natural science to create a mild botanical cleansing system.

We're looking for members to put the Eithne Curran Shampoo, Conditioner and Restore Treatment to the test.  Every product in the system uses 20 ultra pure plant scientifically research plant essences which compliment the hair and skins natural chemistry.  There are no SLS, parabens, mineral oils, silicones, glycols, synthetic dyes, alcohol retinols or animal by-products.  The range is cruelty free and suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.  We know, it sounds too good to be true right?!

If you'd like to join this trial team and help us put this $150 system to the test, tell us about your hair below, and why you'd like to give the range a go - we might just pick you!

I would love to trial this range, my hair is oily at the roots and dry on the ends. I like that this range is cruelty-free and all natural ingredients as well.

After most of my adult life coloring my hair( found my first greys at 20 :( ) I need something to bring the life back into my hair. My hair is dry and brittle and very hard to manage traditional shampoo and conditioner just doesn't do the job

1st November, 2015

I would LOVE to give this range a go! My hair is quite picky and normal shampoo and conditioner seem to make my hair dry and horrible! Please pick me! I would love this!

At the moment my hair is trying to balance out between chemically damaged ends, and oily roots. It has a couple of good days, but I have to shampoo 2-3 times a week. Always condition from ears down. Poor hair, it's going through its first ever time of being either blown dry or heat curled at least 3 times a week, as opposed to 3 times a year!

I can only was my hair 3 times a month, shampoo strips & dries it out far to much, regardless of the intensity/strength of the conditioner. I have tried every shampoo to date from the hair salon & supermarket. This product sounds amazing & could be the solution to my hair problems. For your information, I have naturally curly/wavy dark hair that is coloured & very very long, almost to my waist. I would really appreciate being selected for this trial. Thank you for the opportunity.

This sounds like an amazing trial! I have been opting for natural products where I can in the bathroom and would love to try this but just know that I only wash my hair once a week, it works out better for my hair as it gets oily at the roots and dry at the ends.

id love to see if this can help keep my very long coloured mane of hair in tip top condition, I however only wash once or twice a week as well because it takes fffarrr too much time and effort to do so haha

I love the packaging of these products! I wash my hair every other day and have recently noticed a little bit of back acne 'bacne' on my back/shoulders exactly where my hair falls so I do have to wonder if it's to do with the dodge ingredients of my current products.

My hair has been dyed constantly for about 10 years now, with a lot of bleach in more recent years, so I always need to be mindful of treating it well. I've never found a 'holy grail' hair product when it comes to shampoo/conditioner or a treatment. I've found good ones, but none that aren't replaceable by whatever is on special at the time of re-stocking lol so I would love to give these products a go!

I have long, dry, ever-so-slightly wavy, lightened hair. I would like to give this trial a go as I have a dry scalp, sensitive skin, and I suffer from outbreaks of psoriasis, so all-natural hair care sounds great.

30th October, 2015

Sounds pretty good but I'd like to see how it goes with my coloured and dry hair, I'm yet to find the perfect solution for my hair type but I've had a few come close :)

30th October, 2015

I've been gradually changing over my entire hair care to natural products as I have been struggling with blocked scalp pores with conditioners/styling products which I attribute to silicone, mineral oil and SLS. Would love to try Eithne Curran to see if it can walk its talk about being gentle on the skin.

30th October, 2015

I have been using paraben - free shampoo and conditioner for a couple of years and would like to try something new. The product I'm using is somewhat mainstream so I'd like to compare it to something a little different. Cheers

30th October, 2015

Oh this sounds great! I sometimes get allergic reactions to some shampoos which really annoys me. I have a lot of hair that's quite thick so I usually don't bother washing it every day.

30th October, 2015

I have already switched to natural haircare, as I had a very similar issue with having a dry sensitive scalp. I then decided to make a switch to natural based shampoo and conditioner, what a difference! I would love to give this range a go, it sounds amazing. I really love that this range has no 'no SLS, parabens, mineral oils, silicones, glycols, synthetic dyes, alcohol retinols or animal by-products'. If I don't get picked for this trial team I think I may need to go and purchase this range!

30th October, 2015

YES! Absolutely! I am 100% sure that all the nasties in my current hair care is what is causing me grief with my dray scalp! My partner has it even worse so I'll definitely ask him to try out this product! My scalp needs some serious love and this could be the ticket! I'd love to try it out! I definitely believe in the power of natural ingredients!
