Love the look of men with a five o'clock shadow?

So your man likes that rugged mountain man look, complete with stubble, but your face (and any other part of your body) isn't quite so keen on the resulting third degree stubble burn you receive, well never fear they've invented a product to help keep both parties happy - Soft Goat, Scruff and Goatee Softener (we do wonder if there is a product for EVERYTHING).

This 'first of its kind' product claims to 'obliterate any doubt from confidently launching into personal proximity with your loved ones' by using hypoallergenic pads to dull down the edges of stubble left behind - we guess kind of like sandpapering the edges smooth? The inventors of this product are also applying their technology to help with um errrr womanly stubble! Oh yes they're releasing the SoftenHer soon....aimed at gently exfoliating and leaving your 'love zone' (oh yes we did quote them) soft and inviting.....

Now if you like your men not so......clean cut....this might be the answer to your dreams and for a bit of inspiration we've researched some images of 'stubbly' men to 'inspire' you (it's a tough job but someone had to do it!)

Sounds really cool, too good to be true maybe??

i love my rugged man look! this product will be great! but general moisturizing should help keep the hair soft too..

Definitely sounds great. When my partner shaves, his face is soft and looks and feels like a babes bottom. But the next day, the grey shadow thing happens and its as brittle as hell. It feels like sandpaper, so definitely interested in this :-)

This has to be one of the best ideas ever!

I hate when my partner is clean shaven so much that I encourage him to grow his facial hair and only trim it when it needs a tidy. For me - his shaving is a no-no! Although I love his facial hair there are times when he feels the need to shave (e.g. weddings) and the aftermath is freaking painful! This is such a great invention (if it works) for those in-between clean shaven and beared times!

Lookit all us ladies with the bearded men! Love my husband's (rather grey!) goatee, makes him look like a pirate or a viking ;) But yes, let's cut to the chase here, it is called 'pash-rash' and it isn't very nice. If this product works, I would be first in the queue to buy.

I really actually would prefer it if my partner looked good without a goatee but he doesn't look good with one. It took some getting used when I got together with him to get accustomed to the stubby hair on his chin and upper lip. My sister is in the same boat as her partner doesn't look good without a goatee either.

Oh my gosh what a fabulous product! Im super excited about this one. There is nothing worse than going to work with stubble rash (and pretending that there is nothing wrong with my face) after an evening with my man.

This is such a great idea. I actually like my man to be all rugged and hairy so he doesn't shave too often but it would be great for the times that he does.

Check out those images!! Woooo! My husband could probably do with some of this stuff, the beard used to be longish, now it is short, grey and prickly!

16th January, 2014

I love my hubby no matter what but yes he has facial hair and yes yes it is rather prickly! I think he would benefit from this ;)

OMG Yes!!! Absolutely need to try this and so pleased to hear something exists! The guy I've been dating has a goatee and every time we've made out it's left me with THE most horrendous pash rash, no exaggeration either, there was even blood involved. He's offered to shave it all off but I really like the look of it so this would be perfect.

Love a good beard :)
