This month we've set some of our fabulous and talented members a challenge.  We want them to create Halloween looks to inspire you to get your creep on.

By now she needs no introduction, here's our Makeup of the Week with Makeup For Pandas.

You can follow Lutece on her Instagram and Facebook.

I have always been fascinated with sugar skulls, there is something beautiful about them, they are bright, they are bold and they look amazing!

Halloween would not be complete without trying a sugar skull look. I have a massive amount of gems (DIY junkie) and I thought it would be a great time to pull them out.

The products I used were:

Eyelash glue (For sticking on gems) Flash palette (Can purchase this from Ebay) Black eyeliner pencil (To draw lines etc) Mascara False eyelashes (Your choice) Gems (I bought mine for the $2 shop) Sleek Acid palette (Or a bright palette if you dont have the Acid palette) Foundation Eye of horus Sapphire scarab pencil, Teal malachite pencil (Dark blue pencil and Teal pencil)

  1. Firstly I prime my face and apply my foundation as I normally do.
  2. I create a regular winged liner and apply my false eyelashes, I add my Eye of horus mascara only to the top lashes.
  3. Add the gems with eyelash glue in a circle around your eyes, I started on my eyebrows and made my way in a shape of a circle. I place a few gems in the middle of my forehead and above my cupids bow.
  4. I follow in with my Teal eyeliner and create a cut crease to open my eyes which I then blend out.
  5. I use the pink from the Flash palette and shade in the inside of the circles around my eyes gently.
  6. I created a V shaped spiderweb above my forehead and using the purple and pink in the Sleek Acid palette I slowly blend it up towards my forehead.
  7. I drew a flower at the bottom of my face and drew a few spirals on each side as well as a few extra patterns just to fill up the space on my face using the black eyeliner pencil, I then go in with the pink and purple from the Sleek palette to add colour.
  8. After that is done I outline the outside of my lips and slightly blend it in, I use the light blue in the Sleek palette and add it to the inside of my lips, then I blend both together.
  9. Instead of contouring my cheeks I used a black eyeliner pencil and drew a line where I would place the contour, using the purple and pink in the Sleek palette I blended the 2 shades until they fade into nothing, creating a slightly warm contour.
  10. Using a small eyeliner brush I created small dots above the gems on my face and added a few extras like the teeth on the side of my lips and a small heart on my nose.

This look was fun to create as the options are endless, I hope you enjoyed this look.
