Red nails are a bit of a conundrum. How can one colour be sexy, classy, trashy, ladylike, rebellious and all manner of other things?!

Finding the perfect red is the quest of many a nail addicted - not all reds were created equal right? From reds with blue understones, to reds so deep they're almost brown. Orangey reds, pinky reds, purpley reds.

There is no such thing as just a 'red nail polish'!

We're putting Butter London Nail Lacquer in LadyBird to the test. This opaque, tomato red nail lacquer is a fiery hue that rules the catwalk. It's part of Butter LONDON's Fashion Week collection and like all Butter LONDON nail polish, is formulated without the use of the harmful ingredients like Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP or Parabens.

We think it's the perfect London Bus colour and we're just a little bit in love - but it's not us that's going to be trialing it! We need 10 great reviewers (and red nail lovers) to put it through it's paces.

Red is my favourite colour ID really love to try this nail polish because one I've never tried Butter London nail polish before and two it's my favourite colour n looks stunning against my dark skin. Thanks

I'd love to wear this! Red is a must have for me whether it be for lingerie, shoes, clothes, nail polish, lip stick. It's such a beautiful colour that can make you feel sexy!

Lovely shade of red. I do think that red nail polish is the mother of colors. Makes me feel like a woman.

Oh my goodness this colour is to die for, I love collection nail polish just as much as lipsticks and would love to try this brand since it's so hard to find where I am.
