We love nail art at BR...we just wish we had the skills and steady hand to create intricate and delicate looks, like this week's NOTW.  Thankfully this week's nail design is as easy as, well, sticking a sticker on!

Nail wraps are an increasingly popular way of creating a stunning nail look without needing a steady design hand.  They're so popular there's even a WIkipedia article on them!  Nail wraps are self adhesive 'stickers' commonly made of thin plastic or vinyl.  They generally last for up to 2 weeks on fingernails and have been known to last several months on toenails.

Yes.  After all of the hype, we're finally putting Jamberry Nail Wraps to the test.  And we're in love with the desig our trial team will be testing - Country Club.  Simple.  Elegant.  Classy.  And versatile.

Jamberry currently carry over 300 nail wrap designs - they're messfree, amateur friendly, non-toxic and provide a long lasting manicure for up to two weeks on fingers and four weeks on toes. From just one sheet of Jamberry nail wraps you can expect to enjoy 2-3 professional look manicures.

Applying a set of Jamberry nail wraps is as easy as 5 simple steps:

  1. Remove excess oil and moisture from nails and nail bed with nail polish remover and/or rubbing alcohol
  2. Heat nail wrap with your hairdryer until soft and flexible
  3. Press wrap onto nail with pressure as it cools
  4. Apply additional heat to seal it
  5. Trim excess material and file in a downward motion to finish application

Tell us your experience of nail wraps - are you a convert?  Maybe you use them to enhance your polish look, or maybe to creat a feature nail or tip?  How easy do you find them to apply and how well do they wear?  Or are you completely new to the concept?

How would you wear the Jamberry Country Club wraps?  Would you rock them as they are, adorn them with a little pizazz or maybe use them as a feature nail?

Really want to give these a go. Does anyone have any issues applying them?

11th January, 2016

Oh my goodness, I got to trial a sample of jamberry. Just enough for a feature nail on each hand. Amazing. Absolutely loved it. Would love to try a full set and see how they go. I was super impressed.

I have never used wraps or had fake nails. It looks difficult to get your nails looking so pretty to last such a short time. I like quick and easy if I am going to do beauty treatments. I lead a busy life where it is important to be presentable but time is limited to achieve the results.

Im a big fan of nail wraps except for the expense. Therefore I tend to use them on feature nails!

Would love to try these. I've heard about them before. I love having painted nails but don't manage to keep my fingers done often as they require a re-do so often. This approach could be for me?

Even gel nail peels off on my nails, would love to try something that actually stays!

A nice set of nails look elegant

i need Jamberry in my life!! i love nail art but have NO time in the last 12 months to sitdown and do it myself - Jamberry would be perfect!

While the idea is great, I found these wraps to be too rigid for my curved nails and so they do not apply nicely (yes,I tried numerous times, and had a consultant apply them too, just in case I was doing something wrong). I love the variety of patterns and colours, but they just don't last on my nails - 2 to 4 days max. I may as well use other types that are more flexible, or just still with polish and nail decals.

I have wanted to try nail wraps for so long! Chipping nail polish is the bain of my life, and who has time to constantly re-do their nails these days!

I sooo want to try these. I love nail art but don't want to visit a salon & spend ages getting my nails painted so these would be perfect. I also like the nice clean lines & simple art.

I dont usually have colors on my fingernails because of work but I do go all out on my toes. These look perfect for summer. Might jazz it up with some blings and solid color. I like that it comes pre designed because I havent got the worlds steadiest hands.

I would love to give the nail wraps a go. Love the look of the nail art, but not a fan of trying to get the look on my own nails.
