We love nail art at BR...we just wish we had the skills and steady hand to create intricate and delicate looks, like this week's NOTW.  Thankfully this week's nail design is as easy as, well, sticking a sticker on!

Nail wraps are an increasingly popular way of creating a stunning nail look without needing a steady design hand.  They're so popular there's even a WIkipedia article on them!  Nail wraps are self adhesive 'stickers' commonly made of thin plastic or vinyl.  They generally last for up to 2 weeks on fingernails and have been known to last several months on toenails.

Yes.  After all of the hype, we're finally putting Jamberry Nail Wraps to the test.  And we're in love with the desig our trial team will be testing - Country Club.  Simple.  Elegant.  Classy.  And versatile.

Jamberry currently carry over 300 nail wrap designs - they're messfree, amateur friendly, non-toxic and provide a long lasting manicure for up to two weeks on fingers and four weeks on toes. From just one sheet of Jamberry nail wraps you can expect to enjoy 2-3 professional look manicures.

Applying a set of Jamberry nail wraps is as easy as 5 simple steps:

  1. Remove excess oil and moisture from nails and nail bed with nail polish remover and/or rubbing alcohol
  2. Heat nail wrap with your hairdryer until soft and flexible
  3. Press wrap onto nail with pressure as it cools
  4. Apply additional heat to seal it
  5. Trim excess material and file in a downward motion to finish application

Tell us your experience of nail wraps - are you a convert?  Maybe you use them to enhance your polish look, or maybe to creat a feature nail or tip?  How easy do you find them to apply and how well do they wear?  Or are you completely new to the concept?

How would you wear the Jamberry Country Club wraps?  Would you rock them as they are, adorn them with a little pizazz or maybe use them as a feature nail?

I've never tried nail wraps but I've always wanted too; I've just been afraid that they won't last, but these ones sound amazing. I'm so keen to try these out, they also look very cute!

I have never done any nail art, hard enough making a nice job with plain old nail polish. This looks interesting enough that i would probably give it a try at least once.

I went to a Jamberry party recently and I was quite impressed with the ease of application. Unfortunately the ones I applied did not last as long as I had hoped (my own fault for being so rough with my nails haha), but I have ordered a couple of packs still.

I am curious to know how good these are, have seen them on other sites lots lately and wondering if they are worth trying or not

3rd December, 2015

I would love to give these a go. Normal nail polish doesn't last a day on me without chipping.

2nd December, 2015

I would love to try these - I get shellac on my nails which lasts a few weeks and m=now my nails are long and strong I would like to try doing something like this myself

I had the opportunity to try nail wraps at the hair & beauty expo in Bologna, Italy about 5 years ago, on one nail! I remember it lasted really well and the variety of colours and patterns was immense. The only reason I didn't buy them was you needed to have a special heat lamp that was ridiculously expensive and was more aimed at beauty salons rather than personal use. I'm really excited that they are now home-user friendly!!! Almost a year ago I got my nails done at a salon and they totally ruined them. It has taken absolute months to try and grow out the damage and now I'm too scared to get them done by a "professional" again. These wraps could mean my return to having longer lasting, pretty nails. I would love to be on this trial team!

As someone that is absolutely trash with liquid nail polish I'd love to give these a shot!! It would make my life complete if I could have long lasting beautifully polished nails!

1st December, 2015

i love the idea of nail wraps but havnt tried them, i like this simple design and would wear them as my main nails and paint a feature nail

1st December, 2015

These have been popping up all over the place recently! If these live up to their hype I'd definitely start buying them for sure! Usually a shellac mani on my nails lasts a little over a week (I work a lot with my hands!) and at $60+ a visit, it's a once in a while thing!!! These just might be the next best alternative. I have tried 'press on' nails, but I found they were a little big and bulky for my nails and the work that I do. I have got my fingers (and toes) crossed that these are actually really good!

1st December, 2015

I have never used a nail wrap before, but have seen these Jamberry wraps all over social media and have been wanting to try them for ages! I would love to be on this trial team, would be a good way to make my nails look a bit nicer over the summer. They sound easy to apply, hope they last long!

1st December, 2015

I do my nails with regular polish nearly every week and I would be so keen to try these out! Love that it lasts 2 weeks and the designs look really fun and can experiment with other colours/combos, looks super easy to apply too!

30th November, 2015

I'm dying to try these!! I like to mix it up a bit with a feature nail. Pick me pick me please ????
