We love nail art at BR...we just wish we had the skills and steady hand to create intricate and delicate looks, like this week's NOTW.  Thankfully this week's nail design is as easy as, well, sticking a sticker on!

Nail wraps are an increasingly popular way of creating a stunning nail look without needing a steady design hand.  They're so popular there's even a WIkipedia article on them!  Nail wraps are self adhesive 'stickers' commonly made of thin plastic or vinyl.  They generally last for up to 2 weeks on fingernails and have been known to last several months on toenails.

Yes.  After all of the hype, we're finally putting Jamberry Nail Wraps to the test.  And we're in love with the desig our trial team will be testing - Country Club.  Simple.  Elegant.  Classy.  And versatile.

Jamberry currently carry over 300 nail wrap designs - they're messfree, amateur friendly, non-toxic and provide a long lasting manicure for up to two weeks on fingers and four weeks on toes. From just one sheet of Jamberry nail wraps you can expect to enjoy 2-3 professional look manicures.

Applying a set of Jamberry nail wraps is as easy as 5 simple steps:

  1. Remove excess oil and moisture from nails and nail bed with nail polish remover and/or rubbing alcohol
  2. Heat nail wrap with your hairdryer until soft and flexible
  3. Press wrap onto nail with pressure as it cools
  4. Apply additional heat to seal it
  5. Trim excess material and file in a downward motion to finish application

Tell us your experience of nail wraps - are you a convert?  Maybe you use them to enhance your polish look, or maybe to creat a feature nail or tip?  How easy do you find them to apply and how well do they wear?  Or are you completely new to the concept?

How would you wear the Jamberry Country Club wraps?  Would you rock them as they are, adorn them with a little pizazz or maybe use them as a feature nail?

I don't like this pattern but would like to try other designs.

I have a few and have been trying them for about 3-4 weeks now. I like them, much easier than polish and I dont get any chips - which is very handy when I'm doing my other hobby. Dont have this pattern yet, but I do have some of the Oh Deer - would be perfect!

Oh my gosh I love that design ! I have tried a sample and didn't heat it enough so it didn't stick properly around the edges, but it did stay on for ages and well out did normal nail polish. So would wear these as is love love love.

I've had quite a few people appear on my FB new feed self promoting Jamberry. I'm in two minds and not sure if I love them or hate them. I love all the designs, I would love to try before I buy.

These are GORGEOUS! I haven't tried Jamberry wraps yet, despite being sorely tempted due to all the hype surrounding them, so I'm definitely putting my hand up for this trial. I love the idea of being able to use them as just a feature nail as well as a complete manicure. And I love stripes (hence what my summer shirt wardrobe looks like haha...), so this design is right up my alley. Looking forward to the reviews on this one!

I like the wraps it looks easy and stylish just can I accomplish the look

I love nail wraps but I prefer them on my toe nails over finger nails, really cool. Loving the classic design of the ones featured here.

22nd November, 2015

I have never tried nail stickers or wraps before. I'm actually curious about how easy these are to use as nail polish takes awhile to dry and smudges and chips and these supposedly last longer.

22nd November, 2015

I am super intrigued by Jamberry! I have friends that sell it but never tried it myself. I have recently got in to prettyfying my nails and if these are as easy to use as people say I could be swayed. I would be interested in seeing what the reviews are for them :)

Love them, they are so funky & fun. Great at home manicure! :)

I think this is such an excellent idea !! Im one to always have the need to have amazing nails that are ideal painted all the time but honestly i just never have time and am impatient with the process of having to wait for my nails to dry if i am doing them myself! Would definitely be keen to give these a go and would use the whole set, not just as a feature nail!
