It's been a while since my first visit from Aunty Flow, but I still remember the lead up to it. Being herded into my school's auditorium for a chat about what was to come. Being sent away with a selection of tampons and pads. The confusion of the unknown swirling away in my brain.
Then the big day came. While the process of what to do was simple enough, over the years the tricky part became finding the right products to suit me and my flow. Other than ads with women running freely through thickets of flowers, there wasn't much information on the market to guide me in the right direction, which is why it's so wonderful that we have the Beauty Review community who can give us their thoughts in order to help us make more informed decisions.
