When it comes to gifts I sometimes have to stop and ask myself... is bigger really best? Is spending a fortune on something that won't truly be appreciated really better than spending a lot less on something that will be loved? Do the loved ones in my life really need loads of presents when one thoughtful one will do? Also... Is this the year to really be spending a small fortune when the economic winds are blustery at best and cyclonic at worst?
Honestly, if you've got the cash to splash and you want to throw it around, do it. Live your best life. For me? I'm aiming to act less like I've a money tree in my backyard and more like someone who'd rather give beautiful gifts that will be loved while not forcing myself to scrimp for the next three months as I try and get my budget back on track. So what gorgeous gifts are out there for lovers of beauty that show you care without bankrupting you?
The Aromatherapy Company Reed Diffuser
Featuring an elegant bottle and gorgeous packaging, this diffuser from The Aromatherapy Company is sure to please the person in your life who appreciates breathing in an uplifting fragrance. (The other scents in the range also sound divine!)

I never knew how good a muslin cloth could be until I was given one. They make for great exfoliators (I love using mine on my lips), they're reuseable and therefore better for the environment, oh, and they add a little luxury to your daily skincare regime. Everyone knows someone who's not a sound sleeper, and for those who struggle to enter the land of nod a gift filled with lavendery goodness is the way to go. As a person who suffers from sleeplessness, I can safely say it's a present I'm always pleased to get.
Got a sheet mask lover in your life? These masks from 16 Brand are just $2 each and they're lovely. There's a big variety of "flavours", and if you were to buy ten of them you'd be giving a goodly two months of masking to that skincare obsessed person in your life.
This is the gift that keeps on giving, with a lush lip balm and cuticle care included, your giftee will thank you every time they apply a little onto their lips and tips.
You know those items that you always think "one day I'll buy that" but then never do? A hair turban that dries hair quickly falls into that category. It's one of those beauty extras that you never buy yourself but would be stoked to receive. Grab one for the gym goer, the hair dryer user, or simply the busy person who just wants their hair dry already type in your life.
