As I have gotten older I really like treating myself to better quality products and lotions that "spark joy" when I apply them. For example, its putting a good quality body lotion after epilating or using a nice scented hand cream and giving my self a hand massage. The little things can feel immensely good after the most stressful of days.

I can’t live without tea tree oil! It’s the best skin product for my acne and it’s lasts so long!

Sukin pawpaw ointment is amazing . I use it to for a million and one things and always have 2 in the house - 1 always in my handbag to keep my lips moisturised. A great price to.

My Dr. Jart Micro milk peel. It's a really gentle exfoliator that I use once a week (could use more often now as my skin has improved) and I can see the difference in my skin texture, there is better absorption of products and my make up sits better too. Really gentle & effective.

A full body coffee scrub followed by some derma roller action and a face masque is super self-indulgent and my ultimate treat. Pair it with some Netflix and Essie nail polish and I’ll feel like a new woman!

OMG Oasis Rhino repair hands down. That stuff is a god send for my sensitive skin. I've recommended it to so many people, they should honestly start paying me for all this advertising lol

The occassional facial and massage as a special treat

My favourite skin care regime has to be the L'Oreal products I trialed for Beauty Review. It was the Age Perfect Day, Night and Serum. My skin looks superb and I have even influenced my friend to buy some. I will keep using this in future.

Nive firming body lotion. I apply every morning to my arms and legs. Keeps them really smooth

Yoga, meditation, deep tissue massage and foot reflexology :-)

I love a good face mask! Followed by a nice long shower. That's my me time in the evening

I've become obsessed with sheet masks from a Korean brand called Mediheal! They are amazing and my skin it looking so much more bright and hydrated since I started using them twice a week.

Hyaluronic acid, this thing is a game changer for my skin, funnily enough stumbled across it due to a trial review for BR

Olay SPF15 daily moisturiser. I used to steal this from my mum when I was a kid and now that I'm old(er) I still use it every day...Hoping this means I will have beautiful youthful skin just like her!

A good long soak in my spa bath - with just a small dash of body wash this produces deep abundant bubbles - the air of old style glamour!
