Good nutrition, sunscreen, quality sleep...just the basics. Mind you, sometimes the basics can be hard to find.

Moisturizing my skin daily gives my bod some love and remembering to apply sunscreen when outside in the garden

I like having a pamper day where I do a face mask, body scrub, foot spa, hair mask, manicure and pedicure while I watch a movie.

Aside from good food and lots of water, I like to take long baths with a nice bath bomb to destress and look after my body. Bonus points if I have enough time to do a hair mask and face mask as well.

My favourite way to show my body love is to eat healthy meals, lots of veggies, and in particular avoiding gluten! I’d love to win this skin care pack as my skin needs some extra loving at the moment!

Oooooh I love me some skincare! Taking time over my rather ridiculous routine each night is how I take care of me.

I love to pop on some divine coconut butter and then lie on Shakti for a relax before bed. It sets the scene for a restful night sleep with dreams of island adventures.

Lately I've been mixing Epsom salts and coconut oil together to make my own body scrub

My fav way to show my body some love is to drink lots and lots of water to keep hydrated and also having baths! Having baths helps me and my body just relax so much which is often what I need at the end of a hectic work week! Nothing beats a night in bed watching something girly with a face mask too!

I show my bod love by faking it not baking it and drinking lots of water. Some gentle exercise too, my bod definitely needs some extra love at the mo as I had a total hip replacement 3 weeks ago so any help with repairing is great! :)
