Brows should be sisters not twins.
How many times have you heard the above saying, then rolled your eyes because your brows are cousins at best and complete strangers at worst? What if you could get them to sister status without splashing out a small fortune on microblading or spending hours every day plucking and filling and creating the illusion of hairs with three different brow products? Well, L'Oréal have come up with a solution. Introducing, the Brow Magic printer.
So what does it do? How does it work? And can it really print your best brows ever onto your face?

In a nutshell, L'Oréal Brow Magic is being promoted as a tool that can give you the look of natural, precise microbladed brows - ones you can achieve by yourself in the comfort of your own home. Developed with tech company Prinker, it uses an app and an advanced augmented brow reader to scan your face. Based on what it sees, it comes up with different brows options to suit your face, keeping in mind thickness, shape and effect.
After deciding on your preferred brow look, you simply bring the tool up to your face, then sweep it across your brows. During this time thousands of tiny nozzles and technology work together to literally print your brows onto your face. After that, all you have to do is apply a top coat to lock those brows in.
The result based on this video had me convinced. The brows applied by the L'Oréal Brow Printer looked natural, fluffy, were in keeping with the models skin tone and hair colour, and they literally took SECONDS to create.

As for price point and release, all the information we have is that it'll be coming out sometime during 2023. Hopefully for our brow-loving beauties it makes its way down to New Zealand!
