It worked for me, the sticky part is annoying though but it does stay on. I gave this a half because I can't see this being any different from a wheat bag. Sure it can stick but you'll probably have the urge to want to take it off anyway
I have endometriosis and my period was due the day I was going on 2 long haul flights, I suffer with dreadful pain. I used these in conjunction with some heavy duty pain killers and thought they were great. No pain throughout the flight and it was day one of period, normally I am in agony.
Tips: I placed them on my lower back. Perfect for travel.
wasnt what i expected found the sticky bit did not last so was very awkward to use. it could have been a lot bigger and have kept warmer for longer
I got a free sample and I'm glad I didn't waste money on these as the heat was very weak and forgotten very quickly (until I stood up and felt the weight pull on my skin) I get really bad discomfort/pain with my period and this did nothing to ease it. I do know that heat does help, just not this product.
Tips: I'll stick to a wheat-bag and getting my kitty to curl up on me and purr :3
These were very easy to use. Warmed up very quickly. A very low heat. I did seem to forget I had the Hottie on though. If I lightly pressed it against my skin I did notice the warmth. I would use them again, not sure though if would relieve too many aches and pains. Don't try to remove them and put them on again, the sticky doesn't last very well.
My iron count is quite low and i tend to get very heavy periods with quite severe pain which has lead me being admitted to hospital, i gave this product a go hoping that it would do what it bragged it would do and wahlah noting, no heat, no relief, nothing.
Tips: Use a hot water bottle it will do a better job.
I love the idea of this. If you have bad cramps or anything like that and are on the go, this is a must. Although at home there are better ways such a wheat bags. But will deffs tell my girls about these for when they are not in the home... I guess?! =]
Tips: Use it when you're out and about. Enough said! Xx.
This isnt what I expected as Libra have some fantastic products. The patch doesnt heat up very well, the adhesive doesnt stick that great and I didnt read the instructions when I bought my 1st one, and pulled the wrong seal off- damaging the patch. I bought another one, making sure to peel the right side off, applied it to my lower back pain and it didnt take my pain away. I was not a happy camper.
I had a sample of this product sent to me so I tried it out one day when I was having bad cramps. It took a while for the pad to heat up and when it did it wasn't overly warm. It was convenient to not have to carry a hot water bottle around but it wasn't as effective as one.
Tips: Wouldn't buy these but they were convenient.
