Libra Hotties Heat Patches Review

I used these when i was in labour instead of a wheat bag as i didnt have to hold them in place but gave me the comfort i needed. they were amazing they would be fantastic for period pain too and lots of other uses

I tried these recently because i get really bad period pains during the day but not anymore just attach one of these and off i go period pains be gone for the day love them also keeps you snuggly when its cold to :P

I know it says on the packet that it varies in heat temps and goes up to 50 degrees I think it was but it felt like it was just taking my own body heat to heat itself up and that was it. I thought it was a great idea as I usually use a little hot water bottle everywhere I go and thought this would be a lot easier. Unfortunately I do have a bit of a belly and it just ended up rolling over itself and then the stickies got ripped off by my pants and that was not comfortable! Maybe they would of worked better if I was at home for the time period rather than out and about, I'm unsure :/

I had a very sore neck for a couple of days caused by stress. I put it on at 6.00pm and it my neck was feeling a lot better by the time I went to bed. It was so warm! I will defiantly be using it again. It didn't stick to well to the back of my neck, so I used a scarf to hold it there.

I suffer from endometriosis so am quite often in pain and have bad cramps and have found these heat patches absolutely amazing! They stick on so easily and the heat lasts for ages. I even sleep with them on and find them still warm and working the next morning which is well over 5 hours! Have now ditched the wheat packs and constantly heating them to do the trick. Whats even more handy is they stick easily underneath tops so I quite often stick one on and go to work and no one notices a thing and I don't have to hold it there like a wheat pack. Definitely a great invention :)

There is nothing more satisfying than heat on your tummy during that time of the month. I was so excited when i got my first Libra Hottie Heat Patch, it stuck perfectly and didn't come unstuck by itself. Mine stayed warm for ages, i think it must have stayed warmer with my body heat too. Just perfect!

I tried one of these patches when I was on my period and it took a long time to heat up - then when it finally heated up it wasn't even that hot! I totally forgot I was wearing it and my period pain didn't get any better. They just don't heat up enough to be useful.

i suffer from endometriosis and am quite often in excruciating pain because of this which isnt always great when im at work. these packs didnt completely take away the pain combined with pain relief but they did help more than i had hoped. i think they could be a little bit hotter but thats just my opinion i like my hottie really hot to help my cramps. definitely helps me get through the day though

I suffer from endo. and struggle some days to even sit, I've tried heat bags and water bottles but NOTHING works as good as these. I use them around 2 weeks out of each month, It always takes the edge off or at-lest gives me some form of relief. Id highly recommend any woman that gets cramps small or big and wants at the least a bit of comfort. These are easy to use, stay in place, and are perfect for on the go as they are very discrete. Id love if they would make them in bigger packs and make the product longer though.
