Brilliant when I was having really bad backs during periods. Very soothing and so undetectable I could wear them at sports events in the winter when I felt chilled and unwell.

My p.....s are very heavy as I've got older, and for those first couple of days I find Hotties such a relief. Not the whole cure, still recommend panadol too, but how nice is it to go about with a discrete hot water bottle on your aching tum? I told my daughter about them and she loves them too.
Found these while wandering through the supermarket late one night and decided to give it a go to try. It was a bit weird at first to get used to but the sticky patches kept it in place to keep the warmth in the right place throughout the day. Easily hidden beneath my clothing and the sticky patches used to keep it in place having no reaction with my skin (which is a big deal for because I have odd reactions to some things for no reason) Its not an intense amount of heat, I would liken it to a hot water bottle that you could keep comfortably up against your skin without burning yourself, however the patch keeps its heat for the entire day.
Tips: This product is not meant for intense period pain, however this has helped enormously with the continuous ache that I get when "my friend" pays a visit
The idea behind this product is fantastic and being a person who suffers from period pain every month i was extremely keen to try. Unfortunately it did not live up to what it said it would do. They didn't get warm and didn't help at all!!!!!
I had such high hopes for these but they did not live up to their promises and I will not be purchasing them (I tried them through a free sample). I found that they felt weird and uncomfortable on my skin and didn't really heat up to a temperature that did anything to relieve pain/discomfort.
They are also quite expensive for something that you might be using quite a lot.
Tips: Reading through the other reviews, it seems that they did actually work for a lot of other people, so I would probably buy them once and give them a go as everyone's body is different and they may just work for you.
I find these work exactly as they say. They are warm enough to relieve discomfort. I'm not sure I would wear one outside of the house but around home or before bed etc definetly.
Let's be honest here, nothing beats a hot water bottle or a wheat bag. The hotties didn't have enough heat to make a big difference nor were they big enough for the target area (lower abdomen aka where most period pain is). The one saving factor for these is that it's inconspicuous under clothing, meaning it can be worn under clothes for school or work, which is much easier and more comfortable than carrying the aforementioned hot water bottle or wheat bag. So basically yeah I would buy it again but if you're having immense period pain I wouldn't recommend this.
I don't need these for the 'intended' use but for pulled muscles. The idea behind them is great, but I found they didn't give the right heat for me and what I needed. And only having 2 in a pack for at least $5 isn't very ideal as more would be needed! Will stick to a good ole fashioned wheatie bag instead, which is also reusable.
Tips: Keep them in the car, nappy bag or first aid kit for times of need when you are away from home.
Fantastic product not only for that time of the month but any other aches or pain you might have. Have even used them on my partner when he has pulled a muscle or two. Conveniently package so you can pop one in your handbag for when your out and about and really need one. Are a little over priced so only buy them when they are on sale.
Tips: I keep a couple not only in my handbag but also in the first aid kit in the car.
I really love the Heat patches! I have PCOS and I get bad pain on just one side so this really helps as I only use it on the one side. I love that I can wear it out of the house as I normal have leaving the house when its that time of the month. They have also made it so I can sleep a lot better which is fantastic!
Tips: While this Heat Patches are great if you have bad period pain you will probably still need to take pain relief but this help so much I think everyone should try them!
