As I suffer from cramps I thought these would do the trick, but I was very disappointed when the heat patch only heated up to a luke-warm temperature. You can feel the warmth on your fingers but not on the rest of your body, as it quickly adapts to the feeling. The adhesive pulled my hairs which made it uncomfortable, but other than that it was a satisfactory experience.

Tips: Try a hot water bottle instead
so unfortunately for me my sample arrived and the middle piece was broken so it never heated up but the thing is I get such bad pain that I would not solely rely on this as a pain reliever, great initiative but not for everyone I guess (;
Tips: Ideal for people with moderate pain
This product is fantastic! It's not bulky like a hot water bottle, or a wheat bag. It's adhesive so you don't have to carry it around. It goes under your clothes and no one notices. And it does it exactly what it says it does. It provides pain relieving heat.
Tips: Make sure you place it exactly where you want because the moment you try to relocate it the adhesive won't work anymore
Warmed up well but not as good as a wheat bag.. Got really irritating from the adhesive. Worked well for a good 30 minutes before it started to come away
Tips: Wheat bag
They didn't really heat up as i thought they would they were warm but only just , after using the first patch i didn't bother with another . I gave the rest to my mum she hadnt heard of them and was willing to try them but had the same outcome that i had experienced so that kinder summed it up for us lol we just stuck to wheat/heat bags from pharmacies .
Tips: Hot water bottle or wheat bag, heat packs you can get them from pharmacies
I personally suffer from regular pain in my stomach so I am always on the lookout for new things that can help this in a discreet manner. The Libra hotties are discreet but if the sticky back stops to work and it falls out of your top it can be awkward explaining to people that it isn't a sanitary pad you don't know how to place properly!! That was the problem for me, the stickiness. I wish the heat and sticky back were stronger. The idea of them and what they do it great though so with some modification I reckon these heat pads would be bought regularly by woman with tummy/back pains and Endometriosis.
Tips: Use your own sticker on the back of them to hold them in place or place a belt over top of your top with one underneath in the same position for extra support! :)
I dont think this product is all that bad... its definitely a solution to an age old problem... it does heat up a bit more than your body temp and i do believe it provides enough to get your period pains to soothe abit...I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from terrible cramps and i do believe if given a chance it can really help.. It may not be the best product in the world but for $4.99 ... shouldnt be expecting more than what it gives..
I liked these patches, it was really nice to have a direct source of heat where I wanted it. It also gave me a bit more freedom to walk around and carry on as usual instead of having to sit there with a wheat bag or hot water bottle. I liked this product but I would probably not purchase them often as they are expensive.
Love the idea but sadly the product didn't live up to expectations :( the pads didn't get much hotter than warm, and really didn't do much in the way of helping. Found that they stuck ok, not sure I would use or recommend them simply because a hotwater bottle or wheat pack is going to do a better job
Tips: Stick with your hotwater bottle (the mini version for kids are a great size) or wheat packs
so dissappointed in this product. It certainly didnt live up to the expectation.didnt really heat up luke warm. Tried it again just in case was dissappointed again.
