I have used this shampoo and the matching conditioner for so many years, that it's gone through three packing changes! It foams up well, but is still gentle and hydrating. In the last few months, I have changed to another brand that I feel hydrates my hair more, but this is still a good affordable option.

A good shampoo that gently cleanses hair without stripping it of natural oils. No nasty ingredients to irritate your scalp. Works into a gentle lather and is good on the budget too.
Tips: Buy when it's on special.
I am an ecostore fan and tried most of their products. I love the no nasty ingredient approach and that it's tailored for sensitive skin.
This shampoo does a really good job of cleansing my hair and scalp in a super gentle way. It is a reasonably priced shampoo I like to keep as a backup.
Overall a really nice product that does the job.
Being a NZ brand that is CF and is sustainable I wanted to give this a go. The bottle is plain but made from renewable sugar plastic and is 100% recyclable.
Has a herbal scent. Does not lather like traditional shampoo so I tend to use a bit extra. Surprisingly doesn't dry my hair out like other CF brands I have used. There is no squeaky clean feeling.
Is it everything I need in a shampoo? No. I have long thick curly/wavy hair. It does cleanse as I need a shampoo to do and I don't have any allergic reaction to it. Would I purchase it again? Yes, it's super affordable and easy to get my hands on. I like it even though it's not everything i'm looking for.
I use the ecostore conditioner and love it, and this shampoo I use every 2nd or 3rd wash to clarify my hair (the other days I use a sulfate free shampoo to avoid drying out my hair and scalp). While this shampoo doesn't contain SLS which is great, it does contain sodium coco sulfate which is very similar to SLS anyway. If you don't have really dry hair and scalp then this shampoo would be great, but if you do then I recommend using a sulfate free shampoo the majority of the time.
Other comments - nice herby smell, good price, and available in the supermarkets which is a big plus!
Tips: Good for most people but recommend a sulfate free shampoo for people with dry hair/scalp
I quite like Ecostore, I used to work at a resort and we used all their products in the rooms and around the resort. I was lucky enough to be able to purchase them through work at wholesale price which I definitely took advantage of.
I got this in a 700ml bottle which comes with a pump. I love a pump especially on a shampoo. It has a normal shampoo consistency and smells nice, it's definitely not a strong scent though.
I found that it doesn't lather up as well as other shampoos I have used....but that didn't stop it from doing a great job. It made my hair feel clean and hydrated. I used this with the matching conditioner and together they make a great duo and leave your hair looking and feeling amazing!
