I haven't yet mastered this product but I love the range of colours and the feel of them , they blend really well on the skin, great base palette to have, though the price is a lot !

I bought the rose glow palette after I saw tanya burr using it and I am not disappointed. I love to use this during the day when I want a more subtle look. It gives a perfect pink glow to the cheeks and cheek bone. I love how easy it is to use as it is quite subtle you can't really go wrong. It's a great two in one product that I reach for again and again.
Tips: Works best with a large fluffy brush
I wasn't really a fan of this product, it's really not that pigmented, I have it in the pinky shade and I never really reach for it. When used all together with a dense brush it looks okay but there really isn't a lot of colour payoff from the pink strips. The shimmer isn't very fine and looks a bit chunky. I was pretty excited when I first saw this because there really aren't a lot of drugstore brands that sell highlighters. It's pretty pricey and not really worth it in my opinion as there are plenty of other really great highlighters out there
I usually love Revlon products but have found I really dislike this highlighting product which was the first powder highlighter I have ever used.
Firstly, the packaging drew me in on this specific product as the shades looked right up my alley. The shades were lovely shades of light pink and the swatches in store were amazing. But, the product is shocking I have found that its very chalky, isn't buildable at all and I found hard to blend as I couldn't evenly distribute the powder on my cheekbones.
I do think this maybe good for a beginner but for me it didn't work like an highlighting product should and also, the life span of this product is horrible as mine dried up way too quickly.
Another impulse buy that I really enjoy! This palette called at me as I was wasting time around my local Farmers, it has the perfect collection of rose toned shades that I felt would work nicely on my complexion.
It comes in a square plastic black container with a see through lid, on the inside the blush and highlighter shades are arranged in a strip fashion.
There is 2 ways I see of using this palette and I have tried both ways, you can pick and choose which shade you want to use and where, or you can swirl over all the strips with a big fluffy blush brush. I think it is designed to be swirled together and this does give a lovely effect. The strips are comprised of shimmers, glows and sheen effect powders that once swirled together and dusted on the apple of your cheeks give a nice soft rose glow effect that has a delicate colour but quite an intense beam of highlighter. Giving you that healthy I just jogged here but haven't broken out in a sweat glow.
I was given this compact as a gift and let me tell you how much my fear came in to play when I opened it! Blush has always been a no go territory for me because as I have said before I would like to avoid the mutton dressed as lamb scenario. I am all for a bit of colour to the cheeks but pink and I aren't friends even at the best of times. When I saw this compact and the array of colours in it I was slightly excited.
I love that the colour isn't too in your face and that it takes a few layers to build a bold statement cheek. I love that it has blocks of shimmer and colour and that I can either swipe my brush across the whole compact or I can pick and choose which ones I want. Now the compact itself is simple but boring and seems to be pretty sturdy because I have managed to drop it a few times.
I love that the shimmer gives my face a whole different look without making it look like I dumped a big pile of glitter on my cheeks. I find that it gives my makeup look depth and that it finishes it off without looking over done or too sparkly. I love how the product isn't chalky and that it sticks to my blush brush perfectly with very minimal fall out which in turn saves my white clothes.
I do think that if I were to buy blush or highlighter that $32 is a lot of money but in saying that this has lasted me well over two months and that's using it four-five times a week and still haven't made much of a dent. I am convinced that blush and/or highlighter can be used in such a way that compliments your face and this Revlon Highlight Blush Palette is the perfect accessory to achieve that with. I am ecstatic that I can have a sun kissed look without showing my skin to the UV rays.
Tips: Swipe your brush over the entire selection of colours for a more sun kissed and natural glow.
I brought this a month ago and have been using git almost daily since. I was attracted to the appearance of the multi-toned peach glow palette. Watching them together creates a gorgeous subtle glow that is great for creating a glowing flush on the cheeks and I also seperate the colours and use them on their own. My favourite is the lighter shade that is a vanilla/taupe colour and it is a beautiful highlighter. I use the most orange shade to warm up my crease for my eye shadow too. I found that this powder is really easy to blend and has a pleasant but not overpowering smell. It seems to last the day but does transfer if you don't use a setting spray. I am really enjoying this product and will most likely replace it when it runs out. I am very tempted to try the other shades too.
Tips: Use a setting spray to stop transfer.
