Tips: I would alternate between this and olaplex leave in treatment
I streak my hair blonde at home and always use this Tigi Bed Head Dumb Blonde conditioner (along with the dumb blonde shampoo) after dying my hair, as it leaves my hair feeling less damaged and a whole lot healthier. I don’t use it as an everyday conditioner though as its very intensive and specifically targets chemically-treated hair. I just use it particularly in the week or so after I’ve put colour through my hair. I reckon it helps to bring out the blonde hues more, and therefore helps the colour to look its best. But, perhaps more importantly, it puts love back into my hair and revitalises it after mistreating it somewhat by colouring it! Using this dumb blonde range after dying my hair helps it to feel less straw-like, and more like my natural hair. So I use it as a restorative product to try and reverse the damage done by colouring it. It serves me well in that regard and does a good job. The conditioner is very thick and YELLOW! I kid you not!!! It could give you a bit of a surprise when using it for the first time as you might wonder if it’ll wash out OK. But it washes out of my hair just fine - no problems at all. It also smells great - it has a kind of buttery pineapple smell, hard to describe, but it’s very sweet and smells good enough to eat (don’t though!). So not only does my hair smell really nice after using this product, but it also feels MUCH softer and more hydrated. Just cared for and rejuvenated. So I definitely recommend this conditioner for blondes who need extra care for their hair after dying it. But I wouldn’t recommend it for everyday use due to the price and also because it has a specific, targeted use for chemically-treated, blonde hair. If you do colour your hair blonde, it can benefit your hair by helping it to return to its natural state after abusing it! Four kisses
I’ve used this product for about 5 years and was recommended it by my hair dresser.I love this product. Lots of conditioners claim to work for blonde hair and prevent damage that comes hand in hand with bleaching hair. This condition is amazing. It leaves your hair so soft for a week, it makes it easier to style your hair so it’s not frizzy and unruly. Not to mention, it smells great. It leaves you with salon quality hair.
Tips: Use in conjuction with dumb blonde shampoo for best results
I like to use this just on the ends of my hair once a week or so because my hair has been ombre'd and the ends are pretty damaged. It leaves my hair feeling really soft and a lot more healthy. It's really thick, bright yellow and smells like pineapple, I'm not too fond of the smell but it works great so I'm really not all that fussed. The packaging that it comes in is great, it's easy to get product out of and the size is great for me
I don’t love the smell, the product is super thick and bright yellow my hair is baylayage and I haven’t noticed much of a difference after 3 months of use in regards to softness in comparison to cheaper products. I was recommended this by a hairdresser but Personally I prefer the fudge brand shampoos and conditioners.
