I usually use a Sally Hansen or OPI topcoat but wanted to give this a go as I really like a lot of their nail colours. Very disappointed though! My polish barely lasted a day without chipping.. I think I may have been better off not using a topcoat at all :s As others have mentioned, the finish is quite nice so I'll use it again but only when I dont need my nailpolish to last!

I put this on over a coloured base coat and dots with another colour. Unfortunately it made the colours underneath run into each other even though I made sure it was dry. Before day 1 was out it had already chipped on one of my nails!! By day 2 most of my nails had chipped although I wasn't being too precious and did some gardening! On the plus side it was easy to apply and gave a nice finish and you didn't need to use too much of it. I will use it again and hopefully next time I'll have more luck
Orly is a fairly well known brand with a reasonable reputation so I was interested in seeing how it stacked up to my fave Sally Hansen Double Duty. I am pretty disappointed. It has your average round skinny brush, while i am more into a wider flat headed one, so it takes quite a few strokes to cover a nail. I found it disturbed my undercoat, making it a bit streaky when I was sure the undercoat was dry. As for being chip resistant, I applied it on Friday and my nails had chipped by Sunday. Multi-purpose base and top coats that say nothing about being chip-resistant have given way more lasting-power for my polish in the past!
I have been using this topcoat for about 4 days now and half of my nail polish has already chipped off unfortunately. I would not say that it prevents chipping but it does however give a great shiny finish and help dry nail polish quicker, the brush is only great and makes applying super easy. Overall would use again but purely for a shiny finish.
Tips: Prime your nails well before polish to prevent chipping.
i found this to be really good, lastest as long as i needed it too. very inpressed and have recommened this to family and friends
Tips: longer lasting and glossier look put clear coat on top.
doesnt matter what top coat i use my nails seem to always chip real fast probably because of the condition their in however nail polish seems to last that little bit longer with this product :) i also like how i dont have to use heapppppps (:
Usually use Orly Top to Bottom and find this really good as base and topcoat. Thought id try this one for a change. Found it wasn't bad but not quite as good as the normal one I use. Gave a good high shine finish to polish if that's what your after.
This top coat is good but it does start to chip on about the third day! Its a really thick top coat and when it begins to chip almost all the polish on a nail will come off. It goes on really glossy which looks really nice and it gives a wet look too.
Love this, I always use OPI or Orly nail polish, but always use this over the top, cant beat it.. However if I am in a rush I do use 'sec n dry' and thats also great!
I was so looking forward to this product as somehow I always chip my nails when I'm making coffee at work but sadly the name is very misleading.
This nail polish will cause chipping and if anything it seemed to make mine chip more. I applied my nail polish on Thursday morning for a wedding on Sunday and work on Monday. However it was already chipped by Saturday and I did not even do anything extreme with my hands unless you count washing dishes as damaging (and really if a no chip nail polish can't handle that what's the point).
I also didn't like how thin the actual brush was. Instead of being quite wide like most nail polishes it was thin. I'm not sure if this is a standard orly brush since I normally use opi but it meant I took longer to put it on.
Think I'm going to just go back to my opi top coat as that seems to work a lot better
