Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Review

They say once you find a fragrance you got back to it again and again that is what this fragrance is to me. Its my go to one on a daily bases. Every now and then I got to try another one but always come back to this one. I find it just right not too strong and not too sweet but at the same time it doesn't have a musty smell.

I liked this on a friend, so got some from duty free.. I wore it a lot but it always seemed really strong on me so I gave it away. The scent is hard to describe, very fresh and clean, but too strong (I think the bergamot came out stronger than any of the other notes). I was disappointed, as I had wanted some for so long, and it was a big bottle so would have lasted forever. I gave it a rest and went back to it, hoping It would suit me better, but it found a new home with someone who loves it.

A 'go to' fragrance for me. I never tire of wearing it. I love the fresh watery floral notes that give a burst of energy to my day. I would recommend if you enjoy woody but fresh florals. I would compare it to ck Eternity. To me it is a summer evening fragrance. The fresh and watery florals combine with spicy wood notes for warmth and depth. Right now I am wearing it as my autumnal daytime elixir. Would recommend. The version for men is also devine!

This arrived in the post as a win from a magazine in February. The packaging was lovely and the bottle shape is unusual. I've being wearing it on and off for a few weeks. Its got an older quite sophisticatedscent. To me (and John) its reminiscent of watermelon on a hot day. I wear it to work but not on my days off for some reason. I suppose I'm just not sold on it.

My fave by far. Smells amaaaze!! Will wear this for the rest of my life. My bf thinks i permanently smell this way now, even after a shower with no spray. Long wearing and dosent overly bombard. Not florally aswell which is why i lurve it

I love wearing this perfume out at night or for special occasions and always get compliments about how good I smell when I do!

It has a fresh, floral scent that lasts for hours without being overpowering :)

My husband loves it too and hes not a big floral perfume fan so thats a good endorsement coming from him!

This is a very sophisticated spring perfume. I don't always like the floral perfumes but this one has a feel of sophistication to it, very classy. Could be worn everyday on the right person but I like it for now and again, special occasions during the afternoon/evening.

I LOVE this scent! Every time I wear it I get so many compliments. It is a perfect Summer scent and reminds me of Summer fun and romances. It's light and fresh and not too heavy and overpowering.

I'm not one for florals, I like citrus and fresh scents and this is perfect. It's light, reminds me of the sea and is such a great day-time perfume, alternatively if you're going to a nighttime bbq this would be great too.

It lasts a long, long time too, especially at the elbows - is that weird?

I usually like a heavy fragrance but this one surprised me. I got given it for my birthday and initially I didn't like it, but after giving it a chance it won me over. It's fairly light and reminds me of pears. Its a great day fragrance.
