Clinique Anti-Blemish Solutions Cleansing Foam Review

This is a great cleanser for those prone to breakouts like myself. It doesn't dry out your skin which I find a lot of cleansers for blemish prone skin do. It's also gentle enough for double cleansing if you like to do that. I notice a reduction in my blemishes the next day when I use it before bed at night. I love that it comes with a pump because it makes it so easy to control how much you use.

This is a lovely fresh light cleanser. I found it did a pretty good job of clearing my skin. I love the foaming wash and the dispenser was great so you don't use too much product. The bottle lasts well, using it morning and night it lasted me 6-8 weeks. I used the full range and found it definitely helped with my breakouts. I have stubborn, cystic adult acne which is really hard to shift. This helped them to be less angry but it didn't stop the breakouts completely even after several months of use. Still hunting for my holy grail but this is one of the best I've tried to date.

I bought the 3-step system of this intending for everyday use but found it a bit too harsh and drying for my skin so only use when I am getting pimples and it clears them up well. I don't feel like foaming cleansers do a very good job of cleaning but that's just personal preference, it doesn't remove makeup but if I have breakouts I remove my makeup and then use this cleanser as it does clear pimples effectively. I didn't find the cleanser as harsh as the toner but it is quite chemically and can give that tight, dry feeling after. Nothing a good moisturiser can't fix though!

As with every Clinique product I have tried, I did enjoy using this. I finished it off, which I don't often end up doing because my skin doesn't put up with things for very long as a general rule. This is a nice cleanser, it gives that squeaky clean feeling after using. The only irritating thing for me was the fact that my skin did feel a little dry afterwards. Nothing that can't be fixed by either a moisturizer or a serum, but a slight irritant.

I've spent a long time finding a cleanser that's suitable for my combination skin. This is the the best I have found. The foaming cleanser is very easy to use and the cleanser lasts quite a few months. It also removes light makeup. I use this in combination with others in the Anti-Blemish range.

It removes makeup, cleanses the excess oils from your skin and -oh my goodness- treats your acne as well as it describes.

I love the feeling of a foamy cleanser against oily skin, it just makes you feel "cleaner" than a cream cleanser and more thorough than a gel cleanser. I'd recommend this to anyone who has blemish-prone skin.

The antiblemish solutions have taken me from shiny and self-conscious to receiving compliments about my skin. Last week a close friend described me to a stranger over the phone as having "perfect skin". Oh my God!

Reasonably priced for how long it lasts, I cannot fault this cleanser.

I can't rave highly enough about this product, the first step in Clinique's 3-step Anti-Blemish skincare system. Why do I love it so much?

I have oily, acne-prone skin so Anti-Blemish is a range that is specifically targeted for such. This cleansing foam is a mild but very effective cleanser for getting my skin nice and clean without the harshness some acne products have. It has a slight chemical scent but it isn't unpleasant or overpowering.

The product comes in an aqua-coloured pump bottle, co-ordinating with the rest of the products in the range. It's a thin liquid solution so I do think a pump format was the ideal packaging of choice. It creates a nice, light foam which I use a couple of pumps of to cleanse my face morning and night. If using at night I always remove my makeup first, this isn't a product that's strong enough to do so.

Afterwards my skin feels lovely and clean, but not over-clean in the tight, dry way some products leave it. It really does feel as 'soft, smooth and comfortable' as the product claims.

I have been using this in conjuction with the toner and moisturiser on and off for the past couple of years. I can easily say my skin never looks better than when I'm using it, and despite trying so many other skincare products Clinique's 3-step system is still my holy grail. It's safe to say I'll keep purchasing it and I highly recommend.
