My go-to sunscreen over summer. Thick and tinted providing a nice colour to even out skin tone and is super moisturising. Its the perfect product for beach days or bush walks however quite oily and does not dry down completely so if you don't like that feeling this product may not be your cup of tea.

Tips: Less is more
This comes in a squeeze tube, and you only need a little pea-sized blob to cover your entire face so it lasts for ages.
It feels a little oily, has a mousse-like consistency, is quite spreadable, and it definitely performs effectively as a sunscreen while giving a nice glow. My fingers don't feel greasy after applying either.
If I'm going out, I'll wear it under my makeup where it sits as a nice base, otherwise I just wear as a tinted moisturiser.
My only bugbear is that during summer, the components in my tube separate. It's still usable, but a bit messier. I imagine this would be combated by storing it in the fridge as it doesn't happen during winter. This is something I contacted the company about and something they are working on.
This is described as a beauty gel on the product and I’d bought it as a sunscreen as it’s an SPF30. It’s certainly like a beauty cream, even a BB and gives a lovely glow like an all over highlighter but with the added benefit of sun protection. It comes in a generous 75ml tube and you only need about a pea sized amount to cover your face. I’d describe the texture as a gel cream as you can feel a bit of oiliness in it, in fact sometimes I need to blot some oily water that comes out when I squeeze the tube. As the product is brown it doesn’t leave any sunscreen white marks on your skin and it doesn’t pull or drag on application like I find with some cheaper face blocks. I don’t use moisturiser in addition when I wear skinnies as I find it quite an oily product and need to blot with a mattifying powder a couple of times a day. You can easily wear it on it’s own as it evens out your skin tone and if I’m going to work I’ll add a powder foundation over the top. I wish they’d make a matte version as really this product is too oily for my T zone. I’ll definitely keep using it until it’s finished but I wouldn’t re-purchase. If you have dry skin though this might be great for you.
I bought this on a whim and am so glad I did. You only need a small amount and so the tube will last forever. It is more like a BB cream, glides on easily, and provides the sun protection we need. The tint is perfect for my skin tone, and it's great when I want to go out but cannot be bothered doing full foundation. Ideal for the beach!
I was a little sceptical about this product for a start. It does have an oily feel to it but it glides on so smoothly and I was surprised how little you actually do need to use. I think to match my skin colour I probably should have gone for the lighter one but actually I have decided that I really like this shade now as it gives me a nice bronzed glow, similar to a bronzer. The added bonus is that it is also a really effective sunscreen. I recently used it on my whole family when we went skiing. They had no idea that I was smearing tinted sunscreen on them and it gave them a bit of brightening. What's not to like. I was surprised at the size of the tube and the price but you really only need the tiniest amount. They say a pea sized amount is enough for your face and neck. I would definitely recommend everyone to try this. I think it's great and I will be looking at repurchasing it!
I was a touch confused when I got this product however have given it some time but am still 50/50 Likes/ loves- its a sunscreen and if you live in NZ its a must have hands down. It's tinted so have a play but as it says a little does go a long way so start with less and go from there. The packaging is bright so is easiesh to find in the handbag. And the size and shape just feels good in your hand.
Hates- somedays it just sits on my skin and feels greasy. You MUST shake the bottle before using otherwise it can be an oily mess- and the times this has happened and Ive just thought bugger this! is enough to make me think twice about purchasing the product again Hence I am 50/50 I am yet to use it to its full potential- check out its 80 mins water resistance and therefore will keep it for the beach
Tips: As above
Lets start by my admitting that I had no idea what this product was initially. I thought it was a sunscreen. then I thought it was a tinted moisturiser, then I decided it was a BB cream. Hmm..it says on it 'beauty gel'. Not really a help in determining what it is exactly.
So I opened the flip top of what is a cute and trendy tube. A brown cream emerged. I put it on my face and wow! awesome colour for my skin. It is easy to apply evenly and gives me a nice tan colour without a heavy foundation appearance. So I've decided it is more of a tinted CC cream??? anyhoo, I really like it. I most often use tinted moisturiser with a good result but not as good as this. I think it really demonstrates that everything I've using has been too light for my skin tone, and by using this medium shade, my skin looks more alive and healthy. It also hydrates my skin rather than drying it, which is fabulous.
I love the SPF 30, but as it also describes itself as a sunscreen that is probably a given.
I note that it is $44 (hairproductsonline) and initially though that was too pricey, but actually, you only use a little, it has great colour and even coverage, hydrates my skin, and only needs a little so will last ages. Given those factors, it's actually a fair price. I'm a big supporter, and do recommend it.
Tips: Apply to clean skin and enjoy the sun :).
Attractive bright blue stand up tube. Thick cream consistency, no scent. I like that it is spf30, broad spectrum, water resistant (though I have not tested the water resistant claim) and NZ made.
Have found this sits on my skin and doesn't actually soak in or blend in at all. Quite greasy looking. I tried using a flat top kabuki brush followed by hands. Product just seemed to move around my face.
I've used this the last couple of days but I really don't like the way it looks on me and I don't want to use it anymore.
this sun cream look a little bit shiny when you applied it ,after padding it for 1 min it soaks in and looks good (not oily ), but i can feel its nourishing the skin ,after a few hours wearing ,my nose did get a little bit oily but thats normail for me cause i have very oily skin , for the coverage dont expect to be like a foundation , for the sun cream effect i think its perfect !
This product is a sunscreen and a BB cream in one. It also has coconut oil, vitamin E oil, vitamin B5 to soften and moisturise the skin. The medium tint matches my medium/olive skin colour well and provides a nice even coverage. It is quite a thick consistency but it glides on easily. It is slightly too oily for my oily face, so I apply a powder over the top to give a matte effect.
It is quite expensive, but it lasts for ages as you only need to use a pea sized blob (because it contains no water). I do wish it was SPF 50 but SPF30 is good as a minimum. The oil does have a tendency of separating from the cream sometimes and oil comes squirting out when you open it - so watch out for that and hold it over the sink.
Tips: Apply pea sized amount to back of your hand and lightly dab small amounts around your face and spread by hand or sponge.
