Clean & Clear Essentials Self Foam Facial Wash Review

It is a very basic product, and the only plus side is it's nice citrus scent. After washing your face, your skin will feel quite dry and tight. You can find numerous facial washes in the market that actually do the job of preventing pimples and effectively controlling oil. Overall, I do not think this is worth your money and I do not recommend.

This works well for me, I enjoy the convenience of the pump and it's not heavy on my face and my face feels very clean afterwards. I have very oily skin and use this in the shower in the morning and at night.

Great everyday product, pump bottle that expresses foam product. Nice and fluffy and you don't need much product for your face. Light gentle cleanser, keeps your face fresh. Can cause dry skin so make sure to moisturise after!

For me personally this doesn't work. I have terrible acne and scaring so I think for people who do, it want work either.

My mum who has clear skin uses this and it works great for her! I'm not sure if it is because she has more matured skin or because she has never had acne.

I want be purchasing this again and I don't recommend it to people who have bad acne and scarring like myself.

I do like this product because a little did go along way for me 1 pump and that's all I needed. I used this years ago and I never got pimples for ages!! So I thought I would purchase it again because my skin was going crazy with outbreaks, the worst id ever had. When I started to use it recently I notice that it would break me out more then keep the breakouts away! Was disappointed in this product as I thought maybe it would save my skin and not make it worse. Overall I did really like how it didn't dry out my skin and the product did last a long time.

I tried this to help with my acne but to be honest like alot of these targeted acne products i found it didnt help, dried out my skin more encouraging it to make more oil and in turn making my skin breakout even worse.

I have moderately sensitive skin, however most skincare products tend to work well with my skin. This product was okay until about 2 minutes after applying it, at which point my skin began to sting/burn. I immediately rinsed it off but my skin continued to feel like it was burning. Plus side, my skin definitely felt clean! I left the shower with red rash-like marks on my cheeks...

I have very very sensitive skin and for some reason I wanted to try this product out and was looking for a good cleanser.

It was the entire pack (cleanser, toner, moisturiser) for something like $20 and thought I would try.

I found that the foam was a nice touch ad glided on to the skin. Almost instantly my skin felt it was being cleansed and cleaned. I left on for about one minute and it started to burn. I swiftly washed it off with luke warm water.

It left me with red patches on my face and decided not to use the toner and moisturizer as it might make it worse.

This product is definitely not for people with sensitive skin. Won't use again.

So a few years back when i was trying to get into a habit of cleaning my skin, i saw this on the supermarket shelf and decided to give it a try. I only ever used it once and then the practically full bottle just sat in the bathroom unused. Though this product was easy to apply because of the foam and it was easy to massage into my skin, it left it feeling very dry, itchy and stripped, i even broke out into a bit of a rash. I would reccomend it more for people whos skin doesnt react to harsh products but i still think there is alot more better and honest products on the market.
