L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler Anti-Ageing Ampoules Reviews

These were fun to trial, love the lavender packaging and little ampoule bottles - couldnt wait to get into it! First time using it was an evening. After a quick cleanse I read the information and instructions..I flicked the tip to decanter product into the bottle then firmly held the tip and broke it off. Nice enough scent unusual texture - almost slimy. Using my finger tips I worked it into my skin..Full coverage was only half the ampoule so waited for it to dry and used the rest. It felt slighty tight once it dried and skin felt taut and smooth. Finished with my usual night moisturizer. The next day I wanted to trial it in the morning under my SPF moisturizer and makeup. It held my makeup for the day as well as it usually lasts which was great - makeup almost went on smoother and my partner (who never notices anything) told me my makeup looked really nice. Fast forward to day 5 and by then I’d gotten over the wait time for second coat so instead I used the ampoule lid upside down to reseal which worked a treat - so I’ve used it morning and evening last couple of days. Overall great little product, my dry patches are gone, skin feels and looks smoother (nothing overly dramatic but still very happy with results). Would recommend.

I had never seen this product and was blown away at the effect they can have in just 7 days. I wish I had taken a photo before and after because it does exactly what it says it will - my skin was SO smooth and gave me the intense hydration my skin needs in winter making it look fresher. I even had comments from work colleagues about how great my skin was looking. Easy to apply and in the morning you skin feels incredible.

I'm so pleased I got the opportunity to use the Revitalift Filler Ampoules. They have given my skin a much needed moisture boost. I do struggle with particularly dry skin during winter, due to the drying effects of air conditioning. The filler has made a big difference. I noticed the most impact within the first three days, with a lesser impact over the remaining days. I did not, however, note that my skin was smoother or plumper. The packaging indicates that my skin should now feel "tighter, firmer and bouncier". I have not found this (I even took photos at the beginning and end of the week to objectively check). However it does feel more "supple". I did find the writing on the packaging difficult to read. It seemed ironic that a product likely targeted at a mature (ish) age group had such tiny writing. The ampules themselves were very easy to open and there was more than enough liquid in each one for an application. I would definitely use these again if I felt my skin was getting dry.

I found the best was to use these was to stand the pack up so that they were level like in a bottle so the liquid didnt pool up in the top. There is one for everyday, however there is quite a lot of product to spread around in a whole ampoule so I think you could use either twice a day on your face and use half at a time or spread it out over a fortnight for a 2week treatment using once a day. I found it to be odourless and absorbed into my face pretty well. It paired fine with my moisturser over the top. My skin has looked really clear for the last week. It is completely hydrated from forehead to neck (there is enough product to spread over your whole face and neck). I think my thread veins on my cheeks look less visable and my pores look smooth. My face feels firmer but elastic. I am very happy with the result. I haven't had any blemishes come up or skin irritation.

The ampoule delivers Vitamin B5 and Pure Hyaluronic Acid to the skin to hydrate, replump and smooth skin. After application skin feels firmer and softer.

My only criticism would be I think it would be better if it just came in 1 bottle with a measured dropper so that there isn't so much waste with the packaging...not sure if the empty ampoules go to landfill or biodegrade? It says to put them in the glass recycle on the box but there is no marking on the ampoule container and it doesnt say weather that is the New Zealand Standard for disposal or a World one.

Lets start with the packaging - Looks high end but yet affordable.

Ampules are best used during your night skin routine- when we sleep this is when all the good stuff happens. Repair renewal YOU NAME IT.

What I loved about this product is how luxurious it felt, and a little bit goes a LONG way. Value for moneys always good right?

I didnt find the smell over powering and found that just from one use my skin felt so much softer and more supple.

This is a great product for the winter especially in NZ as our skin feels so much dryer. I followed my ampule with my night cream but definitley gave it some time to sit and sink into my skin to really get the full effects.

My skin definitley felt refreshed after use!

If you want hyaluronic acid, go for the serum instead. This ampoule thing is more gimmicky than effective. Even though it is suppose to be a 7-day treatment you can get another day or two out of it because there are plenty of product in each ampoule. I just did not see amazing results compared to the serum itself so I would rather invest in the bottle.

Pretty much what i said about the capsules in earlier review, very easy to use, leaves skin feeling nice and smooth, defiantly a good boost for the skin to do every few months, Noticed the week after my skin was defiantly smoother, my skin is needing extra hydration atm, so it gave it that. the capsules are extremely handy, and love how you just use one for the night, and you dont need another big bottle clogging under the sink. gave my skin that extra bout of hydration for the winter months, will be using again in a few months. The L'Oreal Revitalift Filler Anti-Ageing Ampoules had some work to do. Just days before starting the 7 day routine, I had instagramed a selfie, my face feeling tired and looking worn out. I'm in the perfect target market for the Ampoules, being 40+, but had low expectations. The packaging is quite lux, displaying the Ampoules clearly, outlining it is a 7 Day Intensive Replumping Treatment with Pure Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B5 on the front, the rear has a face map with info on the results of a clinical independent study. Claims of skin being tighter after 1 ampoule and revitalised, firmer and bouncier after 7 ampoules. Upon opening the package, there is a small 3 step how-to-use with small diagrams. The product - You have to flick the top of the ampoule in order to 'release' the product into the main vial. This was the biggest downfall, and I'll explain later. Once this step is complete, you snap off the top part that you've just flicked, and dispense the product. It's a clear, silken fluid that applies easily and absorbs well. There was no reaction at all, which was great given I have a lot of broken capillaries across my cheeks. There was plenty of product to cover the entire face generously. It takes a little while to absorb in, and so even though it mentions in step 3 of application that normal skin care can be applied after it absorbs, I found it didn't absorb enough for me to do so in the timeframe I had before bed. Results? After using for 3 days, I noticed that my skin tone looked more dewy, and that the redness was actually less noticable. My skin felt springier. By Day 6, the skin on the sides of my face felt smooth as silk, and everything looked shinier. By Day 7, the hollows under my eyes were reduced, and my skin no longer looked tired, in fact, I'd go so far to say it looked fresher and younger. I took photos of Day 1 and Day 7, and while I can't put into words the change, the difference is noticable. My skin looks and feels hydrated, is remarkably smoother to both touch and look at. My skin definitely feels revitalised, bouncier and firmer, as it claims. I would like to know how often one could do a 7 day treatment, as it's certainly something I will do again, but there is no information on the packaging explaining or advising in this regard. My major grip with the product is the ampoule package itself. I hurt my fingers trying to flick that product in the main part of the ampoule - one flick and it turns to bubbles, and you end up waiting and waiting for it to release down. Be prepared to get frustrated with them. But don't give up. It's a good product. In fact, I'd be tempted to say, for a department store product, it's great.

For this trial I had both the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler Anti Aging Ampoules and the sheet mask so I decided to split up the treatment: serum only for a few days, then use the sheet mask and continue the serum for a few days afterwards to better see any differences between using them independantly Vs. in conjunction with one another. I already use a moisturiser that contains Hyaluronic Acid and have had a good result and no reactions so I was keen to try this out and was not disappointed. I saw a visible reduction in the pores on my nose and under my eyes which surprised me as I was not expecting it to be quite so visible so quickly so the “Filler” description of this product fits quite well. Just to clarify, it didn't shrink my pores but it plumped up my skin and gave them the appearance of looking smaller than normal. I was able to wear my makeup just using a moisturise and powder base rather than also using a primer beforehand. The serum was quite smooth and went on very smoothly and absorbed easily only taking a few minutes before I was able to put on my moisturiser afterwards. Despite the small size of the Ampoule I was surprised at just how far the serum went as I was able to do my face, front and back of my neck and even down onto my shoulders without running out. You would not need to use any more than what was provided inside the Ampoule per day despite its size the product is so easily spread you would get all of the areas you would need to. Just snap the top off and your good to go for the day.It did not have an unpleasant scent and no fragrances added to agitate my sensitive-dry skin At $45 however I might keep this one to the once in a while usage but well worth the treat as it made a significant enough difference to my skin to be worth the spend. I might even be tempted to buy one for a friend.

I was sent some for 40+ age group and im not quite there yet, so my expectation was quite high on what this would do for me. Im not convinced this is any better than the other creams by L'Oreal that contain similar ingredients. It was good, and I could maybe see a slight difference in the short time that I had the product before the review period, (I only received this with 5 days left to run) I used this at night time for 4 nights and my skin felt softer and the next morning my make up went on more evenly. I think its a bit expensive for me to buy again or on a regular basis.
