O received this product in a subscription box, I love my skincare and love trying new things I have been using this for about 6 weeks now and I dont notice anything while using it, it's not doing anything bad for my skin but it's not really doing anything good either. I don't like the smell very floral but I'm not the biggest fan of floral smell especially in my skin care. I dont think I would repurchase this product

I got a mini of this that I've been using. Now my first impression of this is that it wasn't a serum, it was a moisturizer. It's got to be the thickest serum I have come across, it's not even an emulsion, it's somewhere between a lotion and cream. The scent is a herbal hint mixed with that sort of unscented smell that you find in a lot of products that are labeled as fragrance free. It doesn't bother me since I do like my skincare not have a lot of fragrance and I find the scent fades as soon as I'm finished applying it to my face. Once I've applied it to my face, I feel like I've got moisturizer on, my face doesn't feel really greasy but not super hydrated and plump like if I layered serum underneath. Now I feel this is good for protecting my skin barrier and it's never further irritated my face when I had parts around my nose that were dry and rubbed raw. And I think that's what this is mainly good for. I didn't see any brightening although, not irritating my skin did help it heal quicker and reduce the redness, so in that sense I guess it can help to even out skintone. But as far as fading sunspots it didn't do anything and it's probably too thick to penetrate deep enough into my skin and tackle the issues. That being said most products I've used that claim to lighten hyper-pigmentation fell short of doing that. Sixty bucks for a 30ml moisturizer is overpriced and I'm definitely not repurchasing. So if you were going to buy this to treat your sunspots, I would suggest you save your money and look elsewhere. If you have really, dry, red and irritated skin and need to improve your skin barrier this would be helpful if you don't mind paying big bucks for a 30ml moisturizer.
Tips: I would suggest you use this in place of a moisturizer as texture wise that's what this feels like. If you have oily skin I would steer clear of this.
I received a couple of minis of this product, which I was really happy about as I'm looking for a product to lighten sun damage and freckles. As a bonus, it's from a very ethical NZ company that have been leading the charge on natural skincare for years now.
I found it a good texture, not leaving my skin greasy or sticky. It was light and easily absorbed. Further, it didn't irritate my sensitive skin and didn't have a noticeable smell (something I can strongly dislike in skincare).
As for fading my dark spots, it is hard to say after only using a couple of minis, but I think I was seeing my skin tone evening out.
At $60 for 30ml it's not cheap, but a little goes a long way. I will probably be purchasing the full-sized bottle of this soon.
I was given the Linden Leaves Gift With Purchase that included this product.
It comes in a small white tube with Linden leaves branding the same as the other minis – plain and simple and appropriate for a mini.
The product is a thin white cream. It has an almost imperceptible scent that is not unpleasant. I’ve been putting it on after the facial moisturiser, and it leaves the same waxy, soft feel on my skin. It certainly makes my skin feel soft and plump and my complexion more even.
It says it is a powerful serum rich in botanical extracts including mulberry and licorice to help brighten and even skin tone. Formulated with effective natural skin-correcting ingredients to visibly reduce the appearance of dark spots and pigmentation for a smoother, more radiant complexion. I do believe if I used it for a longer period (having only used a mini to date) that I would definitely see even better on-going results from it.
It is $59.99 on their website, and I will consider purchasing it, as I do like how it feels and the results I’ve seen so far.
Tips: Use this product alongside the other products in the range for best results.
This serum leaves your face feeling so smooth that I understand why they have porcelain in the name ! Helps with redness and just leaves your face perfect for a makeup less day
