This is a lovely drugstore brand. I won this & am so happy about it. This is a good sized tube clear with brand logo writing on the outer the lid is black with it being also the applicator which is a doe foot. The applicator is also a longer then usual doe foot & slim. Making it easy to use for application. The lipstick is thick in consistency yet flowing but not too liquidy making it hard to manage. There is no scent that I can tell that is over powering in this product. The shade is a nude brown almost close dupe to serenity by Gerard Cosmetics. This goes on quite wet but dries as quick as it goes on & leaves the lips looking like matte leather that's what I reckon & is a bt tacky but not super tacky. It's quite pigmented & spreadable but not streaky which I like. I don't use a lipliner every time I use this & you really don't need to its doesn't bleed or feather. It's stay power is 6 hours with slight loss of pigmentation. It doesn't seem to dry my lips I like to use this for neutral looks or places where red lipstick is too bold lol. Overall the rave about these is well worth it the formulation of these are one of a kind they're not as good as my Gerard cosmetics formula they're more like a la splash but they don't flake off during wearing & the tacky feeling doesn't cause any stress during the day.

Straight off the bat, I love the packaging. It feels good quality, is sturdy and I like that it's a thicker more chunky tube opposed to the longer, slim ones most liquid lipsticks are housed in. I like that you can see the colour of the product through the packaging, it makes for easy choosing when searching through your stash. The lid screws on tightly and the stopper works fairly well, I do think the wand pulls out with too much product on it, for my liking any way. Now, the product itself... This liquid lipstick is quite liquid-y compared to other formulas I've tried, it makes it harder to get an even application/layer of product and is especially difficult to apply nicely on the lip line. The applicator is far too big in my opinion, it's flat and slim and has a bit of flexibility. It would have been nicer had the formula not been so runny or they should have used a stiffer, traditional doe foot applicator. The scent is kind of chemically, not overly strong and doesn't linger once applied. The colour is gorgeous but in saying that it's not what I expected at all. In online swatches the colour Dreamy looks like a pretty beige nude but once I applied it, it turned into a rosy pink nude. It's pretty but not what I was expecting so keep in mind it will probably look different on everyone. Now, here's where the product becomes a real issue for me...how it dries. Once applied (always to exfoliated & hydrated lips) this seems to take around 3-5 minutes to "dry" and even then it stays extremely tacky. I've worn liquid lipsticks that have a light tackiness to them and it's not an issue for me, but this is just straight up sticky and unbearably uncomfortable to wear. I've left it on for around 30 minutes to see if it does eventually dry down but it doesn't, I don't experience they "velvety perfection" that they claim. So overall I am pretty disappointed because these were hyped up so much.
Tips: I've used this lipstick twice now and both times it has been a disaster. I am willing to give it one last try before passing it along so if you have any tips for me I would really appreciate it!
