NIVEA Q10 Power Eye Cream Review

I have purchased this product three times now over the years when it has been sale. It is good enough that I have always used it up, but I think that there a better eye creams on the market for a similar price point.

I have dry skin around my eyes so I need a hydrating eye cream, that reduces my fine lines (I am in my 30's now!). It does a decent job at moisturising and does wears well under makeup, but I haven't noticed any big results from this product.

I had heard ok things about this.. but I must admit I was left a little disappointed. The one good thing was that it was relatively cheap so it softens the blow of buying a bit of a weak product.

And that's about all it did - soften my skin. So I did feel the moisturising effect.. but it was short lived, weak and not very good with regards to smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. It just felt like it sat on my skin not doing much, so I was feeling the product itself still there and not the effects of the product.. so no tightening, brightening etc.

It is also part of the reason I think I felt it was quite thick and so not that easily absorbed.. and this adds to that feeling again that it just sits there on your skin.

This may be ok for someone starting to use creams or someone in their early 20s say.. but I'm 35 now *eek* and I need something stronger. So when I am comparing it to products that I have used sadly there isn't much competition.. I need something else.

I am a fan of Nivea and purchased this eye cream because I had run out, so added it to my supermarket order. Very reasonably priced, comes in a little 15ml tube. A creamy white formula, easy to apply to the eye area and very gentle on sensitive skin, no stinging or irritation. Hydrates the eye area well and also sinks in quickly. With natural Q10 and Creatine. I haven't noticed much difference to my dark circles but it does soften the skin around my eyes. Would recommend this eye cream for a cost friendly option.

I have only recently started to use this eye creme and it is one of my favorites. I noticed a difference the next morning my eyes didnt look so tired, bagged. It almost filled in my main two wrinkles under my eyes and they are pretty big. I will keep using this one its really good

Although this product is not the best of the best I still like using it for so many reasons. - its affordable - easy to use packaging - reduces dark circles under my eyes - absorbs fast and feels smooth and soft on my eye area I know the product also claims to reduce visible lines. I personally don't really have many deep lines, just very few fine lines from smiling and not sure if it worked in that respect.

Personally it would have to be quite an intense/strong product to reduce wrinkle lines as at end of the day no matter what we do its nearly impossible to fight against aging.

In overall I like this product. Its my daily go to eye cream which I use on my busy morning in attempt to apply something on my eye are to give it some care and protection before dashing off with kids :)

I went out brought this on the hopes of reducing my fine lines and wrinkles but no such luck followed instructions but didn't see any visable changes

This can be an absolute life saver on those mornings where you have to drag yourself out of bed from the late night before. I have dark circles whether I sleep 7 hours or not but they are definitely worse when I toss and turn all night. This feels amazingly refreshing, the cool roller ball is soothing on my tired, puffy eyes and the creamy liquid is hydrating. This doesn't completely get rid of puffiness and I don't think it makes my under eyes look younger but I love how my concealer applies after using this, it goes on so much smoother and blends so much more effortlessly. A must for those of you who need a pick me up in the morning.
