I wouldn't say it's complete coverage. For me I didn't really like it because it didn't blend very well and it just looked patchy and it looked really caked. Not the product for me

I love this product, it's thick and creamy which allows easy application and great coverage of most blemishes. Its great for covering acne and hasn't caused any irritation on my sensitive skin. The brush that came in the palette isn't the best. Its a little too thick to be under eye concealer and I feel there isn't a light enough shade for under the eyes. Works really well with e.l.f Flawless Finish Foundation.
This concealer is good its thick and creamy but it can be oily, its easy to apply and blend but ive found using a tear drop sponge is best for this if your doing a large area i.e forehead, under eye, cheeks and chin brushes leave brush marks. I mainly use mine for contouring on my cheeks and nose. My downfall is my under eye has lines and so I tend to dodge that area it leaves the lines more visible but everyone else I've used it on it blends just fine.
Tips: To contour nose and cheeks use the darkest colour on your pallete draw lines on cheek bones and nose , blend with teardrop sponge or sponge add bronzer clean up cheekline with a foundation brush ob cheeks and done.
purchased the medium concealer pallette after hearing friends raving reviews of it and i felt it was just not the product for me. it left my skin looking caked on and had buildup of product in lines and creases in my face. to try use this on pimples was a nightmare and dark circles under my eye were still visible. having a combination skin type definitely didn't help with this product as it seemed to enhance where the dry patches were and where it was oily it seemed to almost slide off.
I use the dark pallet to contour, as I find that these dark shades are perfect colours to contour with. Plus I don't have to use a lot of the product to get the desired look. I have not used this product to conceal anything, as the colours would be far too dark on me. However, I have the lighter pallet as well, which I use to conceal dark undereye circles, blemishes and any other redness. I believe this product works pretty well considering how cheap it is. I have had concealers that were better, but I am a student and finding a great product for cheap is simply the best!! :)
I am a big fan of Elf products but definitely not this one! I have this in the medium coverage palette...I find that with this concealer it latches on to your dry skin making the spots appear more ashy and the colours when applied come out quite orangey. You can't set this down with a powder otherwise it looks super Cakey! I love Elf products but just not this one.
For the price this is a good concealer as you get a variety of colours but the texture is quite oily and doesn't set very well even with powder. I found this product hard to blend and that it didn't give much coverage in my troublesome areas such as under my eyes. I love e.l.f products but unfortunately this product did not work for me at all.
The option of having different concealer colours at first excited me but I soon realised after using one colour I had no use for the others and passed them on to someone else. It was a bit oily for me and didn't seem to set on my face even with powder. It would often leave me with creases under my eyes and wasn't easily blendable.
I own both the colour correcting and medium shade palettes. I had high hopes for this product, thought I'd get an under eye concealer and blemish concealer all in 1. But after using it for the first time I found that it emphasised any dry patches and it creased like crazy.
With the colour correcting I found that the pink tone made my skin look ashy, and after applying a normal concealer on top, it looked cakey and my under eyes did not like having that much product on them! Also they product has a wet/slimy sort of texture on top which I'm not a fan of!
I love Elf but this was lacking. Didn't blend well, was cake patchy and get into the creases under my eyes. No thanks
