First impressions of this product: Good sized bottle, should last a while. The packaging looks a bit cheap, like they could do with a rebranding, as it looks quite generic to me. When I opened the product to smell it, I thought it smelled nice but not quite how I had expected it to. However, when I actually used the product, I found the smell to be pretty horrible! I don't know what it was, or how to describe it, but something in it just really put me off from the get go! I've only used it twice as I just can't stand the smell of it on my skin. I did find that it lathered up nicely, and my skin did feel a bit softer after use, but that's all I can say. Really disappointed that I don't like it as I was quite excited to be trialing it! I'm interested to know if anyone else had issues with the scent or if it's just me. It may be that it just doesn't work on my skin, but may be completely different on someone else's. So if you're thinking of trying this out, don't let my review put you off completely, as it may be different for everyone.

Pure Blend Body Wash Manuka Coffee & Vanilla review

Reviews
I wasn't a huge fan of the body wash.I found that the smell wasn't very pleasant and the body wash didn't seem to last as long during the wash as others.I wouldn't buy this product if I saw in super markets as I like my shower gel to last the entirety of the shower instead of having to keep getting more out of the bottle.
I was so excited to be accepted to the pure blend body wash manuka, coffee and vanilla product trail on beauty review. My first impression was well thought out easy to hold bottle, great purple pump (my favourite colour) and I couldn't help myself but to open it straight away to give it a smell. And wow I was simply blown away, so much so I went and turned the shower on straight away. Loved that it was natural and organic, impressed me as i have sensitive skin which is flaring badly at the moment. I firstly noticed the pump was hard to use, taking approx 15 pumps onto the sponge to get about the amount of a 10cent coin. The coffee colour is stunning. I found it toke quite sometime to work into a lather that I'm use too. Once it was washed off there was not even a hint of the warm, sweet scent from the bottle. I am a coffee addict and love the smell, but was let down by this body wash. While I felt clean after using this I noticed no change in my skin and it did not moisturize at all. I continued using for a week and barely made a dent in the product so while is very steep in price would last a very long time. Over all whilst I loved the packaging and the scent of the body wash i was unimpressed with my first experience using pure blend. I will continue to use until it is finished but will not be purchasing again.
Tips: You need to use more then normal body washes to get a decent lather
Firstly this trial came at the perfect time, my partner and I were having the annual debate of finding a new body wash and changing things up. However unfortunately I don't think this will be our new "go to" body wash.
The smell of the product while not terrible was not overly pleasant either. I thought with the coffee and vanilla it might smell more sweet however it was more a neutral sweet and reminded me more of baby care products like nappy cream.
Another thing that disappointed me with this product was that it was rather watery and didnt really lather well so it was hard to feel like you were washing properly. I personally prefer a wash with a bit of "grit" or slight exfoliating properties to it however this product did not have this.
I did notice that it did make my skin feel a bit more softer and seemed to have a positive effect on skin issues like acne.
Tips: Good to use on skin issues as doesnt aggrevate acne.
Good to use as a daily hand wash since its slightly moisturising and rather watery
Recently I was privileged Pure Blend Body Wash Manuka, Coffee and Vanilla. In theory this should smell amazing right? Just not quite. For the smell was a little off putting and I can't quite put my finger on what it is. I did get used to it as the week went on and it did leave my skin soft and moisturized. As an added bonus the scent did not linger on the skin. The product did not irritate my psoriasis or leave me with the usual dry patches. It was gentle enough to use in 'sensitive' areas also. The handy pump bottle meant it was easy to use with no mess or fuss. But that smell. Its not awful its just not quite.
Tips: Follow up with a scented moisturizer that's gentle on the skin and you should be set
Despite the rather simple packaging the product is quite luxurious. It has a gorgeous scent of coffee and honey which is very invigorating. It is easy to decant just the right amount from the handy pump and you don't need much to achieve lovely foamy wash. I loved trying this product and the way it felt on my skin. I also noticed my skin became less dry since I stated using it which is quite an achievement in winter.
Tips: Use a little on a sponge.
I was chosen to trial this product by beautyreview. From the word go, you can expect your senses to be hit with a pleasant mixture of coffee with the smallest hint of honey.
Using this product for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only are all the ingredients completely natural and organic, the bodywash just glided over my skin so smoothly, and I found that I didn't need to use that much at all. I found that this wash instantly made my skin feel noticeably softer, and made my skin smell of coffee and honey.
In terms of the design of the product, I found the nozzle to be extremely easy to use, I also feel that whilst the packaging of the product is simple, I feel that it only reflects the ingredients that were used in the body wash - natural simplicity. The only reason I would be hesitant to use this product again, is because I don't particularly like the smell of coffee, but I would be more than willing to buy any other body washes in its range.
Tips: Use sparingly if you're not a coffee fan!
I was chosen to trial this product by beauty review. I was surprised by the container/packaging it is in. It seemed a little budget. The smell is strong of coffee and I couldn't really smell the vanilla or manuka honey (whilst in shower i looked at label to see what else it was supposed to smell like even). I use exfoliating gloves instead of loofah and I found I had to pump the container around 6-8 times to get enough to wash myself with (2-3 tablespoons). By the time I had finished my shower I looked at container and felt like I had used a heck of a lot of the body wash. It didn't lather very well at all. The coffee in it didn't seem to make any difference to my skin with circulation. Maybe with more time it will. I'm glad that I didn't pay for this product as I feel there are some brands out there that smell a lot nicer, make my skin feel more hydrated and moisturized than this one. Although I really do like that the product is natural and organic which is great.
I am allergic to sulphates, particularly the dreaded SLS that's found in nearly every bath product out there. So I was awesomely surprised to find that there are NO sulphates in this body wash! I loved that this came in a pump bottle and as soon as I had some lathered in I could smell pure heaven! I thought this did a good job at moisturising my skin although I was disappointed the amazing scent didn't linger after I washed it off. All in all a great product made better by leaving out the sulphates!
Tips: Try using a loofah or bath sponge to make the product go further
