I was initially drawn to this product as I am a big Clinique fan, was in need of an eye-cream and the de-puffing tip won me over.
The packaging is very eye-catching, a bright orange which matches the citrus scent. The product is dispersed by a hole in the "de-puffing" tip with the idea that you apply the product around your eye using the tip which feels cool against the skin, hence the de-puffing. In theory, great! I did try it a few times, but I didn't particularly enjoy the feel of the plastic on my deleicate eye skin and so I reverted to fingertip application.
The formula itself is a lightweight cream which absorbs easily when applied. My eyes did instantly look and feel more hydrated and refreshed. I went through a deluxe sample then a mini of this in a gift pack, then a full version and after all of that I do like this product however I didn't notice any particular hydrating effects over time, and the refreshment I felt using it was similar to other eye creams I had found.
I don't think I would particularly purchase this again as it just didn't stand out enough for me to choose it over other eye creams but it is a nice product so if gifted I would be happy to use it.
I brought this after hearing people rave about it and needing an eye cream I thought win win. When I first got it I thought oh I found a winner, it feels super hydrated going on and absorbed well leaving me feeling like my under eye was super refreshed, but that feeling didnt last. Although it feels amazing I dont feel like it done anything for my skin my make up still creased instantly, but with other products I use under my eyes prevents. I think beauty bloggers hyped this up so much and it definately under delivered
