Not worth the $$

A nice moisturiser, but nothing special. This product is supposed to provide a 'deep luminosity' - and a name like Vital Light sets it up for big things. Personally, I didn't notice any difference to my skin when I used it. Perhaps I'm too youthful looking already (30 and still getting IDed), but with words like 'illuminating' being bandied around I expected to see big differences quickly. As usual for Clarins, it was a gentle product, suitable for my sensitive skin. The smell was not noticeable (always important for skincare) and the texture and moisturisation levels were spot on. If I was given some would I use it again? Certainly. Would I shell out $141 for $50 ml? (Farmers price as I write this) No way.

Tips: Clarins do great gift with purchase or reduced price travel sets, so choose your timing when buying their products.
