Pantene Moisture Renewal Shampoo Review

This product wasn't very good for my hair. I used it 3 times a week and with every was i found that it made my hair quite dry in saying that my was quite dry to begin with. The first wash i noticed that immediately when i applied conditioner my hair did feel silky and smooth, when i washed it out it did start to feel dry. The shampoo didnt feel moisturising at all it was just dry and my hair felt stripped and like hay. I would reccommend this product to people with normal to medium hair just because i find it drying and strips my hair.

Let me start off by saying my hair is almost down to my waist and highlighted blonde. I wash my hair around 3 times a week and blow dry and straighten every time I wash it. I hadn't used Pantene in years as it always made my hair feel heavy and greasy, so I wasn't going in with amazing expectations. I was really happy and surprised with this product and felt that my hair was a lot softer and easier to brush through when wet. I usually have to use oil or leave in product to tackle the knots! So for me this is a major plus. I got three uses out of the sample size and I found that each time I used it my hair felt softer and easier to manage. I was expecting my hair to be greasy after a couple of days but I felt it actually felt cleaner for longer. Pleasantly surprised with this new product and I would use it again.

I have only been using this hair product by pantene for less then two or a week now I don't no when you start to see the dramatic results of split end and breakage protection so far i have ran out the shower looking at my hair in the mirror trying to spot the difference lol I can not judge there claims of hair protection just yet till I see. my hair is very thick and coarse so having a really amazing protection shampoo is important for me and so far all the shampoos I currently use smell like conditioner, like chemicals and all the shananagain they throw inside BUT this shampoo + conditioner smells like rainbows and kittens I purposely put more shampoo and conditionor in my hair to get that intoxicating scent. But apart from the wonderful smell and waiting on the damage protection I have actually noticed my hair does feel more lightweight and shiny I dont know if its just me or the shampoo but its doing wonders! Overall this product does leave your hair lightweight and soft with a sprinkle of silky I might personal purchase it again if in the coming weeks I see the major results it actually promises, but go ahead and buy one too we can both watch and wait for the dramatic results in our hair oh and did I mention it smells like rainbow sparkle kittens??

The shampoo is awesome you dont even need to use much it spreads all over my hair and i have really long hair and its pretty. the shampoo is awesome i'd usually have to use heaps of shampoo just for it to spread through my hair but not this one its simply AMAZING !! And it smells so yummy!

Love this shampoo - seriously - defiantly does what it says it will, my hair is fine, but there is lots of it - tames it down - gave me more control - makes it look not so whispy. Will be buying this - loved the way it made my hair feel.

The first thing I noticed about this was the smell - a little overpowering for me, but still pleasant. I usually wash my hair in the morning but was super excited to try this so had to use it that night.

Like all Pantene products, it's simple to use, you don't need to sit in the shower and wait for things to happen.

Skip ahead to the next morning - my hair usually looks like I have stuck a fork in an electrical socket, so the difference was very noticeable - there was definitely less frizz.

I also noticed that when I straightened my hair, it took less time, and gave a better result.

The downside? After using this for 4 days, by the end of the day my hair felt limp and greasy.

I was given a great opportunity to trial this product :) firstly, it's a pretty good price for a supermarket hair care product. It does a great job compared to others I've tried on the market. Firstly I like the sleek white bottles, both the shampoo and conditioner can stand on their heads, easy to squeeze out the product as it is already sitting ready to come out, both of the bottles are slightly different shaped, making it a little easier to recondite which is which, there is slight indents for ease of hold. I like that the lid is easy to open but has a tight close. The shampoo product itself I had a bit of trouble the first application, it didn't lather/ bubble as much as other shampoos do, so I had to wash it out and ring my hair out from a lot of water and reapply, this time it lathered a lot more to my liking which was a little weird. The smell is soo good! And it stays in your hair, I even had a few comments today on how nice it smelt. When I washed it out, my hair didn't feel as soft as I expected, it was quite rouch and weird feeling but applying the conditioner made it soooooo silly and smooth! My hair feels a lot more hydrated and I can already notice that it is a lot stronger although it has a dull cast on my hair, it's not as bright/ shiny as usual, but it is still soft (and a tad fluffy which both my mum and I noticed, isn't great as my hair is naturally frizzy) I still think it's a great product as my hair feels like it has more moisture and it smells great!

I really enjoyed using this Shampoo and I will most likely buy it again. It had a really lovely smell and it left my hair feeling noticeably more soft and silky than before. My hair has been quite oil at the moment so I have to wash it every day, but when using this, it kept my hair feeling clean for longer.
