Amazing lip balm felt soft and gave a slight tint without looking too unnatural. Loved the colour on me, would recommend this product for anyone who wants a slight tint whilst keeping their lips moisturised.
I bought from Farmers for $15. Standard size lip balm with a pink sheen, I think I got the pomegranate colour. Cute and smooth texture but ultimately I can get the same thing from nivea or baby lips for 1/3 price.
Such great moisture for my lips. I love the feel and texture. I keep multiples of this product in my bag, bathroom, office desk etc. Smells like bees wax and always fixes up any dry spots.
Tips: Get more than one. You'll love it.
I love this lip balm so much that I use this daily now! I love the fact that it is so cheap and it feels very moisturising on the lips as well. I also love how this lip balm adds a bit of colour on your lips when applied!
For a lip balm with colour this one definitely rocks. It’s like you are almost wearing lipstick but without the faff of having to get a mirror out. I can swipe this on in a hurry while heading out for a walk or the dog park and it just makes you look a bit more made-up. The colour I chose was Rose and whilst I normally don’t chose anything Rose for a lipstick this colour actually looks beautiful with my olive skin tone. If there’s a browner shade I’ll probably go with that next time I purchase for a change though. In terms of moisturising it’s just like a balm and will last a few hours but the colour will transfer on to your glass so you’ll need to touch up if you’re wearing it through the day. There’s a lot of great ingredients in the product like beeswax and coconut oil but one I’m not so sure about is ‘flavour’ and I’d rather not taste my lip product. Thumbs up for cruelty free and being without parabens though.
Burt's Bees tinted lip balm is a staple in my purse. Moisturising and giving a beautiful tint on my lips. Love retouching this balm throughout the day; giving me a light feeling. If you love the classic Burts Bees, do give this a try to add to your makeup tut.
Perfect lip balm. I use this every night and wake up with soft and hydrated lips. Does not feel greasy or heavy on the lips. It has a really soft texture and goes on like a dream.
I had seen these tinted Lip balms a lot lately so decided to purchase one after reading all the great reviews online about Burts Bees products.I brought the shade Hibiscus which looked more pink on the packaging but after opening I found it was more of a red shade so that was disappointing for me as I thought the colour would be more true. The shade is quite pigmented and I can't say my lips felt more moisturised after applying however the ingredients are all natural and the scent is quite pleasant, kind of like a bit of a bubble gum fragrance.I may or may not look at buying another shade but it is hard to know the true colour when there is no way to see the actual product without opening the packaging which ofcourse you are not able to do.I feel they are a bit on the expensive side for a lip balm at $18.00 from Farmers where I brought it so to me it is not very economical.
A great staple in my beuty bag that I use on a daily basis. I use the shade Red Dahlia and it would be complementary to most skin tones. It enhances your natural lip colour with a bit of a tint and I find that the colour stays for a couple of hours so great to use on days when I don't feel like wearing lipstick. I love that the product is made from natural ingredients and also cruelty-free. I've used plenty of tinted balms but always find myself coming back to this one as it's super moisturising and looks fantastic.
Tips: This balm works great as a lip primer underneath lipstick as its not too oily/thick so boosts moisture for longer lasting wear.
