A'kin Daily Shine Conditioner

Definitely lives up to it's shinier healthier hair in one wash claim! Love this conditioner, I also trialed it on it's own on a non shampoo day and it tamed my fizziness so well!

Like the shampoo it smells divine, although again for whatever reason I find it smells more like lemongrass! Same again as the shampoo the clear bottle with the flip top lids make it easy to tell the difference between the two but also see how much is left in the bottle.

I also find the scent lasts awhile after washing too which is nice!

This conditioner comes in a lovely slim bottle with an easy to open and close lid. It has a lovely texture and glides through your hair easily, you don’t need a lot and it made my hair shine and tangle free with no effort. I have very fine damaged hair it didn’t weigh it down like a lot of conditioners did. Unfortunately I didn’t like the fragrance at all which would prevent me from purchasing this, o this is a personal preference and overall it was a great conditioner.

A'kin Daily Shine Conditioner is possibly the best conditioner I've ever used. It's obvious from the start that a lot of research, care, and commitment to creating a product that is natural, not full of chemicals and lives up to its promises has gone into this product. I have decided to 'ditch the dye' and am in the process of growing out my colour so I was thrilled to be offered a spot in this trial. I'd been looking for more natural products and A'kin Daily Shine Shampoo and Conditioner lives up to the advertising. I loved the packaging - simple, recycled and a lovely clean design that matches the product inside. It has the lightest perfume which makes your hair smell amazing all day. Anyone growing their greys out will tell you that our hair is in better condition than it's been since we started dying it but you still need that extra helping hand to keep it in good condition. Using this conditioner with the shampoo first is a great combination. My hair is clean and very shiny and the promise of smoothness on my crazy curly hair in the Auckland humidity definitely held up. It just looks healthier. You don't need a lot of conditioner, which I usually do, which was a nice and very welcome surprise. I absolutely love this and I can't see myself switching back, ever. In fact, I'm now researching to see what other products A'kin has on offer.

Just like the shampoo this conditioner smells absolutely divine. Again, no nasty additives like sulphates and silicones, just the natural goodness of Jojoba Oil, Yerba Mate and also Niacinamide. My hair has been smoother and softer since using this conditioner and definitely less frizz. My hair feels so much healthier too.

Like the shampoo, the conditioner comes in a big bottle with a flip top lid. I love that the colour of the conditioner is different from the shampoo as i'm as blind as a bat in the shower without my glasses on.

The product has a lovely fresh fragrance, is more fluid than the shampoo and my hair felt really great after using it. I think I've found a new favourite hair care regime.

First of all, thank you to the Beauty crew for this trial. A'kin daily shine conditioner comes in a clear plastic bottle with a plastic lid that you can pop open and pour the conditioner into your hand. I used this conditioner after using the A'KIN daily shine shampoo. This is quite a thick conditioner and makes your hair feel so soft. It recommends that you use this conditioner from the mid length to the ends of your hair. This rinses out well leaving your hair feeling super smooth. The fragrance is not too strong, it has geranium, cedarwood and patchouli. The end result once I had dried and straightened my hair was shiny and smooth, a perfect result.

The A'kin Daily Shine Conditioner is formulated with Australian Jojoba Oil, Yerba Mate & Niacinamide to deeply nourish for healthy-looking hair & maximum shine. I did wonder how shiny and nourished my hair could be from a more natural conditioner however this conditioner really did make a difference.

I was very excited to try this conditioner alongside the matching shampoo. The bottle is very aesthetically pleasing and instantly gives the message that this is a brand with a natural and vegan focus. I like the press down to open lid and that the bottle is clear so you can easily see how much conditioner is left in the bottle. The smell of both the shampoo and conditioner is absolutely lovely.

To use I applied a small amount of conditioner to the mid-length and ends of my hair. I left it on for a few minutes before rinsing off. I have very fine hair and not a great deal of it so it is always a concern that when trying new conditioners they will weigh down my hair. This conditioner left my hair feeling shiny without being weighed down so I was very happy.

I would recommend this product. It has a luxurious feeling and really delivers on its promises.

I got to review this conditioner in combination with the shampoo ,the shampoo itself did not do nothing much for me however the conditioner left my hair soft and smooth .

The scent is great with yerba mate ( Argentinian fav drink) jojoba oil and niacinamide promise to let your hair shiny after the first wash I can guarantee it does , however not the shampoo for me , shampoo did not agreed with my scalp and type of hair , however the conditioner was fine as I apply only at the ends of my hair .

Happy to recommend the conditioner for shiny smooth hair ,also 100% vegan bottle and cap are recyclable yay!

Retails for around $14 dollars at chemist warehouse bit expensive in other stores .

I tried this conditioner along with it's shampoo

I personally favour jojoba based products due to using the oil on my scalp as part of my skin treatments for psoriasis, so I'm also prone to reactions and breakage from dry hair so it was important to get some kind of visible difference in my hair as with my regular shampoo and conditioner I end up with a lot of breakage

I'm happy to report that not only does my hair actually feel smoother and softer, but the frizzy breakage halo around my face is actually reducing

Normally I need to use a styling product like mousse or gel to attempt to settle it down, but at the moment I'm literally not using any at all, I might even get to find out what my natural hair actually looks like without frizz

I still have some problematic ends, but I'd attribute that to the growing out of my last dye job (I've stopped using hair dye and gone au naturale) that is due for a good trim sometime soon

Happy to report that much like it's Shampoo counterpart there were no negative sensitivity reactions, (my psoriasis reduced and had no flare ups) and my hair is both visibly and texturally smoother, I'm sitting here sometimes just patting my own head

I can see they have a hair mask to try, maybe I can try it on my ends but I would also be interested in finding out if they are planning any leave in after products as I do love a matching set in the cupboard (My current choice is Rosehip oil based and seems to work fine with my completely non porous hair, I can't use heavy oils as I look like a wet dog)
