After the first time using the toner I notice it picked up dirt that didn’t come off in the shower. My face felt incredibly clean and moisturised. I didn’t realise it was a step I was missing in my morning routine. Looking forward to seeing what the long term results are.

Tips: I’ve put a small amount into a travel spray bottle. I find it much more convenient.
I was lucky enough to get this to trial.
First off, it is a huge bottle and will last you forever - very good value for money. Even though it has no added fragrance, it has an aloe vera scent which I liked, but might not be for everyone.
My skin is oily/combo, acne prone and a little sensitive.
This toner has no alcohol or fragrance which is great for sensitive skin. It didn't cause any irritation or breakouts. It isn't the most hydrating toner since I'm used to super hydrating Korean toners but I think it does a good job as providing light hydration.
I like that it smooths the skin and provides an initial layer of hydration that allows further serums and toners to hydrate the skin. I have also liked using it through the day to add a bit of extra hydration.
I have stopped using cleanser in the morning to help my skin barrier for a while. I just use water. I have been using the toner as my water cleanser which I enjoy. It helps to clean and prep my skin for my Vitamin C essence and sunscreen.
If hydration is your key concern - then I would say skip this toner for a more hydrating Korean toner. If your key concern is smaller pores - I'd still recommend BHAs and AHAs rather than only relying on this. However, if you're after a basic gentle toner especially for teenagers or your first toner, I would recommend adding this into your routine.
My first impression was the bottle is a bit old fashioned but I was still really interested to try this new product as I have really sensitive skin being alcohol-free with both witch hazel and aloe vera I was fairly confident I would not have any reaction. The seal is really hard to get off under teh cap, great to have it there so I know it's a legitimate product but split my nail getting it off. It's strange using a toner that is unscented as I usually use rose or lavender scented toners. But after getting used to the lack of smell I found it really easy to apply and doesn't irritate my skin at all. It easily removes all my makeup and leaves my skin feeling a lot smoother and looking brighter. It's a great everyday toner for anyone with sensitive skin. I have also found it calming for my rosacea which is a huge bonus I wasn't expecting. My son has also found it great with small patches of acne he was experiencing. I have just checked the price online at Chemis Warehouse and it's only $13 so a great price for an amazing product, give it a try.
Tips: Use before moisturising to make sure you skin and fresh and clean.
It’s a nice product and it’s refreshing to put on, but I haven’t noticed much of a difference. It doesn’t seem overly drying or moisturising, just a good alcohol free toner.
However, it doesn't have a noticeable effect on my skin. I don't break out from it at least, but the astringent effect is non-existent and my pores are still the same size. The good things about it are that it is cheap and alcohol-free. Also it's hydrating which is good for prepping the skin for other moisturisers and oils. I'm thinking about putting it in a spray bottle to save on cotton pads and toner.
I never really used toner before on a regular basis -I had tried a couple but I found that they dried my face out abit. I had seen this had some great reviews so thought i should give it a go.
It comes in a pretty large bottle, so lasts while! I've probably been used mine now for around a month, twice a day - in the morning and evening before i go to bed. I have found that it has been a moisturising toner and really refreshing to use. It says on the bottle that helps to tighten pores which i feel it possibly has minimised mine slightly.
Overall, i have enjoyed using this product and would purchase again.
I'm trying to pare down my daily skincare routine to very basic, mostly natural products so I started using this toner about a week ago. I really wanted a gentle, natural toner, that wouldn't upset my sensitive skin after harsh fruit acid peels. This is the one. I waited to see if this would sting or cause break-outs but I've had nothing but good experiences. It is cooling and soothing, but it also feels like it "tightens" up my face a little. I read a few reviews that said this helps with under eye bags and dark circles. No success on that front yet, but I don't really believe anything helps that, I've tried it all. I will keep buying this and I might try one of the scented ones, but the unscented has earned a place in the everyday routine.
I use this everyday after cleansing my face to help reduce my pores, add more moisture to my skin and help reduce breakouts and it has actually made a difference to my skin. I usually get dry patches on my face and since using this I haven't had any issues with dry skin on my face.
I am keen to try out some of the other versions that are available but I think that will be a way off as the bottle is huge and is used a spray at a time so will probably last forever. Would highly recommend this all. It is super affordable and something I will be repurchasing over and over as I love the results it has given me.
Tips: Purchase off iherb.
I bought this from iherb on a whim a couple of weeks ago and now I'm totally converted!
I use it twice per day after cleansing my face and it feels so lovely. It doesn 't dry out my skin like other toners have in the past, on the contrary it actually feels really hydrated and my skin looks great.
Cute packaging and really cheap for the size. Highly recommend.
Ive always wanted to try this toner,, mainly due to the aesthetic of the bottle which I have seen for years online and not available here in NZ. I have sensitive skin and using something that feels like nothing is a different feeling for me, so Id say it does a great job of not aggravating the skin which I would put down to the Witch Hazel. Do I think this does anything real effective to fight wrinkles, or acne? No, but it is calm, closes pores after cleansing and soothes sensitive skin. Overall its a nice feeling toner and great value for money
