L'Oreal Paris ELVIVE Extraordinary Clay Conditioner Review

I was so excited to review the clay range!! This conditioner smells amazing!! I do have oily hair especially the roots and I do think this product definitely helped keep the oilyness at bay especially for a couple of days with the help of all of the range used together. After drying and straightening my hair I felt fresh and like my hair was not weighed down. The bright packaging is really eye catching and will stand out on the supermarket shelf. I would definitely use this product again.

I used this conditioner alongside the shampoo, however in all honesty I found it did nothing my usual conditioner doesn't do already.

I wash and condition my hair every second day and hoped I'd be able to push it out another day but I was sadly disappointed.

I wouldn't buy this to use again unfortunately, but after reading other reviews maybe it's my hair?

I'm pretty fussy when it comes to hair care so I was so pleased to love this for such a good price! I am usually a salon product girl but I would absolutely buy this again.

It comes in a pretty standard sized, pleasant looking, mint green bottle. Easy to pop cap. It is distinguishable from the shampoo which I always appreciate!

It smells nice and fresh without being overpowering, a really clean scent and also gender neutral. It is a thick white creamy consistency which goes in really easily and spreads a long way.

My hair is oily at the roots with damaged ends. The first time I used this I followed the instructions and applied from mid lengths to ends and it worked great. The next time I just smashed it all over and it was still great, it didn't weigh my roots down at all.

This conditioner gave me beautiful shine and softness, moisturised without weighing down. I can't fault it!

I have very oily hair and have to wash my hair everyday if not every other day at a stretch. I also have thin hair that tends to tangle very easy and get knots in it. This conditioner comes in amazing packaging along with the rest of the range, the colour is really eye catching and bright. It has a really nice fresh smell to it and I think it does smell similar to other loreal products that I have used in the past but slightly different. It is a creamy texture to it and only needs a small amount to condition my hair. It says on the packaging that it makes it easier to brush through your hair and I would have to agree; I noticed when I brushed my hair it wasn’t a struggle to comb through my hair and it also looked shiny and healthy when dry. I would definitely try this again.

I was lucky enough to be selected to trial this range thank you BR. I have very oily roots so was eager to see if this could make a difference. I typically have to wash my hair every second day.

It comes in a aqua colored bottle that stands upside down. It has a lovely scent and the consistency is thick and white.

Just like any conditioner, apply to your mids to ends of hair. Leave for a couple of minutes and then rinse throughly.

It was easy to rinse out and left my hair silky smooth with no knots. Once my hair was dry, it looked extremely soft and had a lovely shine.

The clay conditioner smells clean and fresh. A little of the conditioner goes a long way. I applied it to the lower half of my hair and stayed well away from my roots. The conditioner was easily applied and once rinsed out made my hair feel softer and silkier instantly. Once dried my hair felt soft, well moisturised at the ends and light in the roots. Loved how this product worked and will definitely will be using again!

I am cursed with oily hair, that I need to wash to wash my hair every day, and at a stretch maybe every second day, which tends to be a bit greasy up top and frizzy elsewhere. So a product promising to help with this is exciting.

The Clay Shampoo can be a bit drying (probably because it is stripping out the oils), so the conditioner is definitely needed. It is easy to apply and rinse out, and also made combing my hair easy too. It is quite thick like the shampoo, so using too much weighed my hair down a bit. Lesson learned! It did leave my hair soft and silky - though this wears off by days 2 and 3 (though probably due to using the dry shampoo).

I love the turquoise/aqua colour of the bottle, but I do prefer see through bottles so I can see how much product I have left. And even though the shampoo and conditioner bottles are different in that one sits upright and vice versa, they are still too similar and I would still get them mixed up. Maybe just too early in the morning for me.

Overall it is a good conditioner. Not sure if on it's own it would help with oily roots but is designed to be used in conjunction with the mask, shampoo, and dry shampoo. For those reviews - check them out under those products.

L'Oréal Paris extrodinary clay conditioner is in a cool bottle with a yummy fresh fragrance. I was pretty sceptical about this product. I thought it wouldn't be conditioning enough for my dry coloured ends but definately impressed. After rinsing my hair felt super silky and de tangled. After drying it it was soft moisturised but not at all heavy or weighed down. I have very fine hair but need to condition it as it's quite damaged from keeping it coloured and straightened. Most conditioners make my hair feel lankbut this didn't. . Loved it and would definately use it again

I haven't used a conditioner for a few years now as I thought it contributed to my oily hair. My hair is fairly short and I thought I didn't really have the dry ends to warrant one. So after washing with Clay Shampoo, I used a small amount of conditioner. Great result! Hair soft and easy to manage and that lovely fruit scent was present again. My partner commented that my hair looked shiney - high praise indeed for this product. I am now into my third day and my hair is still very soft - infact I have to add a bit of product to flatten it.

I really love the colour of the bottle for this product. It is eye catching and easy to read. The scent of the conditioner was just like any other conditioner I have used. There were no over powering smells or anything to strong. The conditioner is white in colour, and has a nice thick and creamy texture to it. I was kind of hoping that it would look or smell like clay, but there is no resemblance. It was as easy to apply as any conditioner. My hair felt extremely soft as I was rising it out but it also felt heavy and weighed down which it doesn’t usually. The next day I noticed that my usually dry ends were well conditioned, more so than usual. The third day after using the conditioner my hair was not oily! Today would normally be the day that I would be packing my hair with dry shampoo or needing to wash it again.. but I don’t. The fourth day my hair still doesn’t need to be washed and still doesn’t need any dry shampoo! Wow I am REALLY impressed! The fifth day I did need to use a spritz of dry shampoo and it will be due for another wash this evening. Overall, I am really surprised and happy with this product. I think I may change my current hair routine to include this conditioner as it has worked so well. I would normally have needed to wash my hair on day 3 but I was able to go another 2 days without.
