Sugarbaby Dream Cream Face Cream contains some fantastic ingredients packed into adorable yet sturdy packaging.
The texture is lovely, similar to a gel moisturiser I use except a bit thicker. It sinks in easily, and a little goes a long way!
Unfortunately for me, I have breakout prone skin. I have managed to get it under control and hadn't experienced a breakout in many months... until about a week in to trialling this product.
I know that niacinamide often takes the blame for causing skin to purge, but I've been using niacinamide in my routine for a very long time so I don't think that was the cause. Possibly the shea butter? Whatever the reason, it's a shame as this most definitely feels like a nourishing cream that would be ideal for winter.
Although it didn't work out for me, I would still recommend it to those with dry skin so long as you're not super prone to breaking out!
I really enjoyed giving the Sugar Baby Dream Cream a try. First off Sugar Baby always has such cute packaging, with their signature pink colour and holographic logo throughout their skincare range. As soon as I opened the jar I could instantly smell the coconut scent, which smells very organic and not that artificial coconutty scent you sometimes get with products. You only need to use a very small amount when applying as a little goes a long way and it is very easy to move around and blend into the skin. It doesn’t take long at all to absorb and I love the way my skin looks and feels after applying, it looks plumped and refreshed. It also makes a great base for applying make up as it isn’t at all greasy which allows foundation to be easily applied on top. The Dream Cream is full of skin loving ingredients and I think the price point is decent for a product like this. Sugar Baby is also great with their clear usage instructions and tips on their packaging, which is great for people that may be new to skincare or adding another product to their routine. The tips they give are handy too, showing different ways you can use the product. They are also a cruelty free/vegan brand so that’s a win too! Overall I really enjoyed giving the Sugar Baby Dream Cream a go, and I’d be interested to try more Sugar Baby products.
