This eyeliner is so black and smooth to apply, gives very good definition to my eyelashes when I use it close to my lash line. I have very shaky hands(genetics), so I find pencil liners a lot easier to use because I can hold onto it much closer to the tip, so I prefer those over these types, but this is user error really. I have found that when I messed up the line due to my shaking or just being a bit in a hurry this is very very hard to correct as it dries super fast and correcting is difficult, I mainly just smudge it out really hard with an eyeshadow brush when it happens, but I have to press and smudge really hard! I’m sometimes scared to use this eyeliner when my eyeshadow game is on point as I fear I could mess it all up in seconds. If you’re an eyeliner expert, have steady hands and use these types of liners daily I can recommend it as it’s gliding so easily, consistency is great and it lasts ages, it doesn’t smudge throughout the day at all. If you’re a beginner I’d recommend you to look up pencil eyeliners, the one with felt tips to give your hand more guidance!

I've not done regular liquid liner in ages, so was keen to see if I still had wing skills when I found out I was receiving this to trial.
First up, the packaging. Again, as with the pomade, the box is much larger than it needs to be and I don't get the point of that. We're a more eco conscious planet these days, why aren't we packaging things in a less wasteful way?
That's my only real negative though - I absolutely love this liner.
The tube is slimline, and - while my first reaction was that the wand was far too long to be easily controlled, I was quickly proved wrong.
The very thin brush gives you that control back - and also provides the one area where other faves, like KVD, out perform this. The wing is easier to get a point on with this, but you then have to fill it in a little more, which takes a little doing. However, the thin top is amazing for getting a subtle line over your lid.
The formula is thin without being so thin it bleeds into the lines on my eyes, and once it's set it's there for the day (and the night, if you're heading out). It's Jet black and glossy, and really pops on an eye look.
It comes off super easily with oil cleanser, and touches up easily with micellar water if you make a mistake.
All in all, I'll happily use this up and would consider buying again.
Tips: do a few practice swipes first (i used my hand) until you're used to the brush and formula.
This was a fail for me. My eyelids are no longer smooth and firm, so it's almost impossible to get a straight line with a liquid eyeliner, and this was no exception. And why you would want your eyeliner to last 36 hours is beyond me, please clean your face!
All that aside, this product seems to have a couple of good things going for it, but otherwise it's pretty much the same experience as with other liquid brushtip eyeliners. There are a number of other cheaper brands which are as good as this one in solid colour that sticks to your face.
They made a good decision on the brush tip applicator. It's short and slightly firm so you have good control over the line.
To test their 36 hour promise, and their sweat/smudge resistant sales pitch, I drew a circle on the back of my hand. It stayed for an hour or so, then I went in the shower and it still stayed on. However when I emerged to get dry, one little knock of the back of my hand and the circle became dislodged, showing that instead of being a sort of sticky paint, it's more of a plastic that peels off intact. When I wasn't trying to test it in ways it wasn't supposed to be worn, I put it on my eyelid and proved that a) it does make a good black line, and b) I can't apply liquid eyeliner to the standard I expect to see on someone's face! Crepey eyelids not withstanding, you also need to have good eyesight!
So while point B is not the fault of the manufacturer, these are the reasons I won't be buying this for myself.
Thankyou BR for allowing me to trial this range.
The packaging is a cute little pottle with a long handle. Unscrew the handle and you will find a sleek brush with wet gel eyeliner.
I'm used to using pencil liners so was excited to trial this.
Man do I need some practice on holding my hand steady hahaha this eyeliner is AMAZING. It is jet black which I love and the staying power is fantastic. It dries quickly so be careful not to make a mistake. I loved that at the end of the day it still looked "fresh"
I wish this came in a pencil version so for now I'll just have to learn to have a more steady hand.
Would highly recommend and am going to get my sister some.
Tips: Dries quickly so you'll need a steady hand
