Ok product - good supermarket brand though if you want to restore condition to your hair you are better with a salon product but this does restore some moisture and tones down the yellow a shade.

Tips: Apply to towel dried hair from the ends up and leave for a good 3 minutes to let the product fully activate.
As a general purple shampoo and conditioner category set of products I really recommend both the shampoo and conditioner for reducing the “yellow and brassy tones” and being able to use a couple of times a week.
Again essano has a beautiful smelling product that does its designed job.
As a customer who has recently stopped bleaching her hair and has 50 shades of grey growing out of her head. I have decades of experience with purple shampoo and conditioner, traditionally I prefer a silver/ashy tone, which can often dry out my hair so can’t be used as often as I would like to achieve and maintain the look I like.
This set of products helps me achieve the tone I like without damaging my hair integrity,
This product has good purple strength that works well to banish the dreaded yellow tones in blond hair. As a natural blond I do struggle with dryness, so I am careful to condition throughly. I like this product and it does everything it should.
Tips: Leave in for 3 mins at least. And use with the matching shampoo.
Received both the shampoo and conditioner of this range in a beauty box. I dye my already blonde hair lighter once every two months or so, so I’m always after a good purple shampoo and conditioner. Works really well to neutralise brassiness, and just for a laugh I left it in for longer, about 5 minutes. I had previously done this accidentally with a blue shampoo/conditioner and was surprised to find it had dyed my hair blue. It washed out after a few days, but I wanted to test if this Essano range would do something similar. It did not. My hair was silver in places, but I loved the result. The conditioner is not going to last as long as the shampoo if you’re like me and really want even coverage.. In addition, my hair was soft and silky, full of moisture, shiny, and not weighed down. At $11 a bottle I would definitely keep buying!
I got this with the shampoo and have been using them together.
The plastic brown bottle with purple labelling is attractive. The bottle has a flip top that is easy to use and makes the product accessible without pouring out too much product.
The product is a thick purple cream and glides nicely over my hair and absorbs well. It hydrates my hair as per the product claim, and my hair is soft after using it. It helps the shampoo neutralise the brassy tones which is great.
As I also mentioned in my review for the matching shampoo, it is on a par with other purple conditioners, but definitely has a more attractive scent and is reasonably priced.
Definitely worth a try and I do recommend it for white or blonde hair.
Tips: Use this conditioner every time you wash with the matching shampoo.
I like this brand so thought I would try the toning conditioner to keep my blonde looking good and not too brassy. Maybe I didn't leave it in long enough, but sadly not a great result. Price point is good, but I won't be rebuying this one.
Tips: Maybe try leaving it for longer, otherwise generally I find you need to pay more for a good purple shampoo/conditioner sadly.
I tried this one as I have eczema and was advised the shampoos can be quite harsh. It’s mild on my eczema, and has prevented any brassyness to my blonde, but it doesn’t have any damage repair, which my hair needs. If your looking for a mild daily use condition this is fantastic for that.
Used this during lock down for the first time when options were limited. Honestly, for a supermarket option it was not bad. Of course there are a lot better options out there on the market and most do have a higher price tag. But for someone on a budget or on a holiday and forgot their purple shampoo this is a great option to get by
My hair did come out nicely toned but this conditioner didn't condition it very well, my hair wasn't left smooth or feeling nice like expected after conditioning. It felt dry and lifeless.
After running out of salon 'purple' shampoo and conditioner I opted to try a super market buy. This definitely wasn't the worst buy but it wasn't the best either. It cleaned my hair but it didnt tone well.
Tips: Suggest you try leaving this in no less than 5 preferably 10 minutes following a shampoo (which you leave in for around 20-30 minutes)
