Love this cleansing scrub, it works very well with my sensitive skin. Using it day and night, causes clear skin. It works quickly, and keeps my skin clear and rejuvenated. I would recommend to use a little bit of the scrub in case of any reactions.

Now that I am official lush addict (Proud and happy) I have been going on crazy Lush spending sprees and trying as many Lush products as I can. One of the Lush products I am currently using is the Rub Rub Rub Shower scrub in the 100 gram tub.
For a while I have been obsessed with Salty scents, which is a bonus with this shower scrub. I was surprised of the color as I didn't think it would be so vibrant and so, BLUE. Once I got over the color and used it in the shower I was impressed. The small grains of salt give your body a gentle exfoliate which you can use all over your body.
My favorite part of my body I love to use this on is my face, in the winter time my nose gets dry and flaky, when I use this scrub on my face it leaves my skin feeling like a fresh and insanely smooth canvas. My nose has never felt that smooth before, NEVER.
The smell I am still getting use to. It is strong and stays on your skin for hours. I do like the salty smell but its the zesty lemon smell that I am still adjusting to.
I will repurchase in the future but I am only using it as a face scrub now.
I was really excited to try this but unfortunately there were a few things I didn't like. The pottle for 'easy' use is annoying, I found it hard to get out the right amount, you need to use a lot. The salt disolves really fast, I can't get a good scrub going. I also really don't like the smell! I'm not even sure how to describe it... Salty? Minerals? It isn't a refreshing scent like I anticipated.
It also leaves your skin feeling slippery.. Almost greasy.
I usually love lush products but this just isn't for me.
I had heard so many good things about Rub, rub, rub shower scrub from Lush so of course I had to have it to add to my Lush draw. I was originally drawn in my the smell and the bright blue which reminded me of a tropical island. The citrus, salt and fruity-ish smell left me wanting more!
I have the smaller size pot which I got in a Lush gift pack called 'All the Best' I found it more value for money to get it with a few other Lush goodies. Upon opening in the shower it's very overpowering and almost sickening. I scooped a little at first to see if I liked it on to my skin and was graced with a refreshing hit. It is a light exfoliate which I love using all over my body so of course scooped out bigger amounts to finish the exfoliation. This is where I have trouble continuing to like it though. My skin feels like it has a slippery film all over after use and makes me feel like I have eel slime on my skin.
The smell, although slightly overpowering when you first get it out doesn't last on the skin for very long after use. I felt like I had to have another shower to wash the greasy, slimy feeling off my skin which to me is a total waste of my time and money.
I love that I can take back or reuse the container. I also love the little sticker that say who it is made by and the date they made it. It's so personal and you know they made the product with care. After doing a pros and cons list I have come to the conclusion that I do not like this product on my skin at all. In theory it looked like I needed to have it in my life but upon proper use I find that it's not for me and that it can go forth to a friend who loves it more than I do.
Tips: Use as a light exfoliate on the feet
This was one of my first products I brought from lush and I was looking for more of an everyday scrub. The first thing that I was drawn to was the fun bright blue colour and the scent! The scent is quite fresh but could be a bit over powering from smelling it straight from the pot. But I have found that using it and afterwards it is more muted leaving a fresh scent and feeling skin. You can use it on dry skin for a deeper exfoliate or in the shower where you can lather it up and scrub for a more gentler use. It leaves my skin feeling great and I am really loving this product, will definitely repurchase!
Tips: Save your clean container towards your 'return five empties and get a mask free.'
I bought this item from LUSH hoping it'd help make my skin softer, and I was so pleased to find that it does! Although the smell was a bit overpowering mixed into the steam of the shower, I got used to it. You end up using a fairly good sized scoop of it to do the whole body so it doesn't last more than perhaps 20 at the most uses? Which is pretty good considering it's price. It's one of the more afforable items at LUSH that'll get you towards your return 5 pots and get a mask free. It self-preserves and so it in reality can last for a long time which is great as I use a variety of shower washes and alternate each time. Over all this is great value for money and softens your skin and leaves a nice scent afterwards.
Tips: Ask to try a bit in store if you are a little unsure of it.
Bit of a scrub addict. Shower is full. Thick scrubs, botanical scrubs, fruity, pretty smelly. Wanted to try this as love lush products and wanted a pre tan scrub but found it a bit meh. No. Major complaints but just left me a a bit blue. strong smelling almost overpowering. Dissolved too easily and watery so dispersed quickly on the skin or onto shower floor so a lot of wastage. Positives was no residue left and washed off well.
I really like the packaging of this. It comes in a screw top plastic container which is great at keeping the water out. It's bright blue and just looking at it makes you happy. It smells very fresh and is quite tropical and fruity, which is kind of different for a salt scrub. I used it dry where you rub it onto the dry body and wash it off and this gave me a much better exfoliation and made me feel very clean. I have also used it wet and it works almost as a normal shower gel with a tiny bit of exfoliation. Therefore, I do switch it up and will use it dry 1-2 times a week. It is very soluble so washes away easily and doesn't leave the shower difficult to clean but I did find that scooping it out of the tub was quite messy and often lead to a lot of wasted product. I did find that I had to use quite a bit to cover my whole body as it often melted before I could get to scrubbing. Also, I personally like more exfoliation and this did leave a bit of a residue so I probably won't repurchase. It is great for a gentle everyday scrub though.
Tips: Use dry for a harsher exfoliation and then wash it off.
Love the smell of this! At first I thought it smelt like blueberries but on further reading I found that its more of a tropical smell. It is a gentle scrub but still leaves skin nice and soft and smelling amazing. It contains salt and dissolves easily while rubbing on your body. It comes in a container where you need to scoop an amount out with your hand and this can be very messy. But because its a great product I can easily get over that.
This product is absolutely amazing for body and hair. When used for hair it leave it soft and clean and the volume is amazing...crazy what a bit of sea salt can do!! When used on the body it's a great exfoliant to get rid of those dead skin cells. Exfoliating is also good for getting rid of ingrown hair so this product helps with that too. The smell, of course, is one of the best things about this product it smells fresh and it lingers on your skin even after the shower. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
Tips: A little on your palm goes a long way so just take bits a time and really work it into your skin :)
